You can't do that. You can do it the other way round, but the objective of the BoF is to help new nations get rank points for the WC, you can't do it the other way round. It's against the BoF's prupose and against the rules as well.

You cannot only enter the BoF. You can enter only the World Cup, but you cannot do so for the BoF.

Returning to the World Cup as The Pazhujeb Islands for the first time since World Cup 40.

I have no idea if Kagdazka and Pazhujebu has any KPB points left over. If it does, whether those points are transferred over to The Pazhujeb Islands is obviously up to the discretion of the hosts. (In a separate competition, the UICA, the transfer of points from K&P to The Pazhujeb Islands was permitted, if precedent is necessary.)

Either way, The Pazhujeb Islands WILL NOT be entering the Baptism of Fire (see signature below).
