Presidential Nominations

Any user who is a member of the World Cup Committee (listed here) may nominate one other member for the position of World Cup Committee President, to serve the World Cup 97-99 term.

If any users suspect they may be nominated, but do not wish to stand for election, please let me know via telegram (either to this account or to Ko-oren) and you will not be listed as a candidate for election regardless of your number of nominations. It is also recommended to let people know publicly (via the World Cup Discussion Thread) so users can nominate people who are willing to serve in the job, to the best of their knowledge. Any users receiving two or more nominations will be put forward as a candidate when the actual vote occurs, concurrent with the Cup of Harmony host vote. All nominations should be the name of a single nation only.

All nominations should be sent, via telegram, to Ko-oren. Any nominations not sent via telegram, or not sent to this nation, will not be counted.

If there are any errors or oversights with regards to the current membership list of the WCC, please notify Ko-oren via telegram.

We are also going to set the same date for Cup of Harmony host bids.

Nominations for WCC President remain open from now, until Thursday, April 4th, at 22:00 PM CEST (which is to say, a little under 5 days from now). This shall also serve as the host bid deadline for the Cup of Harmony.
