The following changes in the KPB will be implemented:
1. KPB of points obtained, divided by the maximum number of games played, with no multiplier, will be awarded for participation in a Baptism of Fire for the last 3 cycles.
2. 1.5 participation points, multiplied by the relevant multiplier for points earned from participation in the World Cup proper, will be awarded to teams who make it to the playoff stage of a World Cup qualifier, but fails to make the World Cup proper.

1. Housekeeping: fixing of numbering in 1.3.1, 1.3.2, and fixing capitalisation in 2.3.1, and clarifying 4.2 and 3.1.
2. Nomination criteria: 1.3.1 "Any WCC user may nominate any one other user for the position and any user receiving more than two nominations will be considered a candidate." to "Any WCC user may nominate one other WCC member for the position. Any WCC member receiving more than one nomination will be considered a candidate."
3. Baptism of Fire entry criteria: "A nation must not have previously participated in a WCC-sanctioned Baptism of Fire" to "A nation must not have previously participated in any WCC-sanctioned tournament."
4. Presidential elections: create a new article "Any candidate running for WCC President is to provide a brief statement on the intentions and plans they intend to carry out if elected. This should be limited to only what WCC Presidents have direct control over, such as (but not limited to) the timing of votes and signups."
5. World Cup size: "It will always consist of 32 teams (including the co-hosts), who have been whittled down by the Qualifying Process to turn scores of hopeful countries into thirty relieved ones and countless disappointed ones." to "It will always consist of at least 32 teams (including the co-hosts), who have been whittled down by the Qualifying Process to turn scores of hopeful countries into at least thirty relieved ones and countless disappointed ones."
6. Definition of 'timely roster': "Posting a valid, timely roster or squad list in each of the most recent two completed World Cup's official Roster threads grants membership of the WCC. This must then be renewed each Cup to maintain membership." to "Posting a valid roster or squad list in each of the most recent two completed World Cup's official Roster threads before the end of the World Cup Finals group stage grants membership of the WCC. This must then be renewed each Cup to maintain membership."
7. Getting nominated: "Any user can decline to receive nominations." to "Any user can decline to receive nominations. Any user who has been nominated can request to be removed from the ballot before voting commences. If there is only one candidate for President, that candidate will become the President. Otherwise, the WCC will vote on which of the candidates should be the President. There shall be a grace period of not less than 72 hours between nominations being published and voting commencing to allow for any withdrawals of candidates."
8. Succession in case of missing WCC President: 1.3.1 "If the President is unable to fulfill his/her duties, then the interim President shall be the first available person of: the Vice-President, the candidates in the most recent presidential election (sorted by highest vote total), the members of the EWCC (sorted by earliest WC hosted), and the hosts of the Baptism of Fire tournament and Cup of Harmony (sorted by earliest tournament hosted). 1) To be added to 2.1: "When bidding for a WCC event, the exact same bidders are not permitted to submit multiple bids for the same tournament".
2) 2.2.1.i to be amended to: "A nation must not have previously participated in a WCC-sanctioned Baptism of Fire".
3) To be added to 2.1: "A user hosting a WCC event shall not scorinate any match in that event involving a nation they control."
