This is the first ever edition, at least that I can recall, of the U-15 WC (please bare in mind that, to avoid any confusions, this was named World Championship instead of World Cup). All your really young players can come here and have their first WC-esque experience, OOCly helping you start thinking of your future players, which might be a good idea for you. It'll be officially held in Farfadillis, in all the cities, this includes Ferdullaele, Frion, Pacifista, Induja, Shotomalpa, Puerto Farolero, Shojercia, Karuvis and Ruland.
Scorination:
This tournament will be scorinated with NSFS 3.0.1, bare in mind that RPing doesn't assure a win, but helps you, in this case, a lot.
RP Bonuses:
Quality>Quantity. That's a pretty good summarry of what I'm going to do. However, three-liners are almost sure going to be rated poorly. RP bonuses will degrade after the Group Phase, but Rosters will not. RPs will be graded out of 5 and Rosters out of 7, that meaning that RPs increase your chances to the point that if you were to face in the final a non-roster, non-RPing team while you got a perfect score in all your RPs, supposing the format was Groups of 4--->QF--->Semis--->Final, you would win 97 out of 100 games and draw the other 3, approximately. A good roster plus some quality RPs will usually put you above the rest. Also, I will issue myself, should I RP, no more than 2 points, no matter how big, good, creative or anything my RP is.
IC Information:
Farfadillis is a small island situated in South-Western AO, south of Cafundéu, West of Bazalonia and East of Mantwenic. A complete map can be seen here. One stadium from each state are going to be used, with two from Ferdullaele and one from every other state.
The stadiums are the following:
Farf Fragar Firschendujmal I7'snerra/150,000 capacity/home to the farf national team: The I7'snerra (I7 is a farf letter which sounds like "sd") is not the oldest stadium in Farfadillis, but t's the biggest and the most important. The final will be played here. It's in Fedullaele.
In 1950 the FFFF decided that it was time to have an official stadium for the national team, they had used Tympú AC's stadium up to that moment. In the end they brought the resolution for the Federal Council to approve (back in that time, federations had to draft resolutions for the Federal Council, which would approve them or not). The 20th of August of 1964, the Federal Council finally gave the FFFF the right to build the stadium, they even gave them a really huge piece of land that the state had, near Ferdullaele. On the 20th of November they presented the planes to the FM (Farf Municipality). After lots of inconveniences, the FFFF finally got to start building the stadium. They got the resources from selling diamonds from the diamond mine they had bought back in 1952, foresseing they would need money for the stadium and believing it was the best investment back then. The total cost of the stadium was of about F$100,000,000, back then, the stadium had 90,000 seats.
It would be upgraded to the monstrosity it is much afterwards, in the year 2004, when the amount of football fans grew substantially. Out of 300,000,000 people living in Ferdullaele, approximately 1,200,000 constantly tried to get tickets for Farfadillis' matches, back then playing only minor cups without being a recognized national team. That often made tickets really expensive and almost impossible to get, that's when the FFFF decided to upgrade the stadium to the gargantuan thing it is now. Now having the permission to do what they pleased, they gathered the money to upgrade it in approximately 5 years, they had started gathering it back in 1999. Donations were also needed, with the Farf population happily donating, statistics say that 1 out of 300 Farfs donated for it. The average of a donation was F$10 (approximately 15 dollars). This meant 15,000,000 dollars in donations plus all the money the FFFF had gathered from their mine. Soon, they had enough money to upgrade the stadium, they decided that the optimal number of new seats would be 60,000, effectively making the capacity 150,000. There's much controversy back then on what materials they were going to use, as they couldn't afford much more than pretty average materials, something that Farfs certainly didn't like. Finally, on the 25th of September of 2006, upgrading was over and the I7'snerra was now a juggrnautesque stadium it is now.
The 2nd of October of 2006, the renewed stadium would be inaugurated. It rained that day and there wasn't many people there, but it was a party regardless. The people were happy to have a bigger stadium, this would mean they would have to pay less to assist a Farf match and that they would have more possibilities of getting the tickets. The first match played on that stadium was a demonstration one, between past Farf stars. The teams were "Blue" and "Red", with Blue winning 7-4 on an epic match most Farfs will remember. The Farf football team would later on sign up for the 60th edition of the World Cup, playing at the Farf I7'snerra officially for the first time. However, the result wasn't good for Farfadillis, they would lose against Darmen 2-1, in a match where both teams could've score more goals, but the posts denied almost every chance. Those qualifyings were a nightmare for Farfadillis, just as expected. Later on they would win their 1st match at the I7'snerra by a 1 goal margin against Tales, the goalscorer would be Matí O'rosso. This would be the only match Farfadillis would win that cycle. On World Cup 61, however, the team would fare really well at the I7'snerra, failing to score only once and losing only once against Cassadaigua, sadly, they lost 8-1 that game, a record. The team would only draw two games at the I7'snerra, lose one and winning five.
Estadio d'Onor/100,000 capacity/home to Tympú AC: Used to be the biggest stadium until the I7'snerra was upgraded. The Estadio d'Onor is, however, the safest stadium. Something which isn't relevant as there won't be much people coming for the U-15 WC. It'll be used for the semifinals. It's near the border between Induja and Ferdullaele, but is in Induja.
Jardin Norte/60,000 capacity/home to Ferdullaele FC: Ferdullaele FC's home. The biggest team in Farfadillis owns the third biggest stadium and constantly upgrades it. It's famous for the world class service that is provided to both teams before a match. It's situated in Ferdullaele near the coast. It'll be used up to the quarterfinals and then the 3rd place play-off.
Estadio Nueva Palmira/55,000 capacity/home to Feardallis' Wanderers: The multimllionair team Feardallis' Wanderers owns a stadium that doesn't quite show it: it's built with bad materials and is in a horrible state. The field is the only good thing about it. It's in Pacifista and will be used for the round of 16 and the qurterfinals.
Gra Aguaviva Mitologica/50,000 capacity/home to Flying Jellyfish: Home to Flying Jellyfish, non-regular team. It's big with decent enough dressing rooms and decent enough seats. But, mind you, Frion, the state where it is, is really cold.
La Gran Avenida/40,000 capacity/home to Avenida Victoria and La Nueva Avenida: Stadium situated in a really hot state: Puerto Farolero. There's something much more different about this stadium, it's situated in the middle of "Gran Bosque", a forest. It can provide for a unique view if you're in the higher part. Will be used for the group stages and the round of 16.
Naš Stadion/32,000 capacity/home to Toimputa AC: Situated in Karuvis, this stadium is characterized by how matches tend to end up with highest scores than usual. The meaning of the name is "Our Stadium" in serbian, the language spoken in Karuvis. Will be used only for the group stage.
Adar Jak/32,000 capacity/home to Fragardallians: The only stadium in Shojercia, which can hold just as much as Naš Stadion. SIt's near a desert and it will never rain there. Temperatures may be extreme during day, so games will be played around 19:00. Will be used only during the group stage. Named after Adar Jak, first and only Shojercian president until now.
Gre Drrena/28,000 capacity/home to Shotomalpa Blues: A small stadium in Shotomalpa. There's nothing special about it, except that almost no matches there end up as draws. Will be used during group stage and once in the round of 16.
Ján Rülánd Dêrmáá/10,000 capacity/home to Green Ruland: Small stadium situated in the poorest state: Ruland. Be careful, you might get shot. Will be used only twice during group stage.
Schedule: 5/10: MD1 (1 bye, 2 vs 5, 3 vs 4) 6/10: MD2 (1 vs 5, 2 vs 3, 4 bye) 7/10: MD3 (1 vs 4, 3 vs 5, 2 bye) 8/10: MD4 (1 vs 3, 2 vs 4, 5 bye) 9/10: MD5 (1 vs 2, 2 vs 5, 3 bye) 10/10: Ro16 11/10: QF 12/10: SF 13/10: 3pP-O and Final

Team Sicoutimont at the U-15 World Championship
While you were busy watching the World Cup of Hockey, Sicoutimont's top footballers under 15 were working hard to make the national team for the first tournament, taking place in the nation of Farfadillis. Here is the roster:
Starters Goalkeepers Adrian Pouliot-Age 13 An aggresive goaltender. Not afraid to get out of his crease to take balls away. Francois Pouliot-Age 14 Adrian's older brother. Known to be an athletic keeper.
Defense Loic Lalond-Age 15 One of the top defenders in Sicoutimont. Steals the ball with ease. Joel Laban-Age 14 Another solid defender. Strong kick, look for his presence on free kick opportunities. Luc Leblanc-Age 13 The 2nd of 3 underagers the team will take. Excellent passer. Bronco Starfish-Age 15 Tough as nails defender. Would take a knife to the eye to win a game.
Forwards and Midfielders Xavier Zaero-Age 15 Top striker, can easily put the ball up. Lucas Dandenault-Age 12 The young one. Better than some 15 year old players in the nation. Stan Sarault-Age 15 Top forward. One of the best strikers in Sicoutimont Denis-Maurice Perrault-Age 15 The playmaker to Sarault's striker. 37 caps for his junior team in Lac-Drouin. Alonso Davis-Age 14 From San Cristobal Island, top player from there. Alex Gannot-Age 14 Nightmare to defend. Ran 100m in 10.27 seconds, and can control the ball at that speed. Branton Koburn-Age 15 Controls the play. Will own the ball while dribbling.
Team Sicoutimont are in a group with Estope, Free Swiss States, Banthegia and Vetteria. All teams could provide a hard and rough group stage for the 15 and unders, especially if they are not mentally prepared for tough games. Manager Leblanc's defensive style will train the teens for Marc Denis and the national team for future representations in Copa Rushmori's, World Cups, and other tournaments.

NORTHERN SUNRISE ISLANDS U-15 ROSTER THE LITTLE MARILLS / THE FOXES
The Little Marills or the Foxes were determinated by the best students of the Project +90, hosted by Addidas at Northern Sunrise Islands. The nickname Foxes was chosen in a poll for a special nickname for the U-15 team, instead of the regular Marills. Other options were, "the Echidnas", "the Hedgehogs" and "the Flying Circus". In a nod to that, Addidas made a special uniform for the taem with a well-known fox-like creature at the jersey. We could tell you where this character comes from, but I believe you can guess it out yourself. This is also the first sports team of Northern Sunrise Islands to include Nekonian players. Nekonian are normal humans with cat features, named Nekos in other places.

The Foxes have started their participation at the U-15 World Championship against Lunar Republic Islands, a republic from the Pony Lands region, who, I'm not kidding, have their line-up consisting of ponies at the Jardin Norte stadium. This isn't the first time a NSI team plays against ponies, but the Foxes hadn't much of a trouble against their opponents. It was hard to not laugh as the teams started to get ready to play. Milly and Kitty, the Trakat sisters started a very unusual choice of equpiment, as both of them decided to wear masks for their mouths in this match, a yellow one for Milly and a blue one for Kitty. Milly would use a pink one, but wasn't allowed to, since the pink mask would go against the kit regulamentation for the tournament. Aiko brought a typical Geisha umbrella, Peach had a crown, Will Grizzly was with a Grizzly helmet and Matt O' Haile was holding a shilaleugh with sapphires. A pretty excentrical team. Not that the Ponies were any normal. In fact, facing them was an issue to the little Foxes, as they couldn't understand what would be a foul. The first goal of the match, came from a very bizarre moment. Milly would jump on the top of Sparky Cloud, mounting the Colt, kicking the ball with one foot. Eventually, she scored, leaving the goalie with no real understanding of what happened. The referee gave her a yellow card due to "Mounting the Captain" being illegal.
The ponies weren't good at the air play too, letting the foxes making their approaches by the air. Jake Potter scored by lobbing the ball over the goalie at the 25th, Kitsufudo kicked from the midfield all the way to the goal with an air-bicycle by Russell getting a third at the 30th. Another Half starts and right away, Matt O' Haile uses his all-mighty shilaleugh to knock out Vanilla Cherry. The team substitutes Cherry for Sun Shine and O' Haile gets a yellow card. In the foul, Jet McAllister kicks it and scores the honoral goal of the Ponies. However, five minutes later, Milly Trakat, hits the ball with her tail and scores. Ten minutes after that, Eddie Waters score with a header. And five minutes after that, Kitty Trakat scores with a shot right in the top angle. The end of the match saw the ponies arguing with the referee, but the NSI's team was pretty happy after the results. Will the Foxes continue to pull this type of results? Watch next time as the Foxes face off another opponent. Group 5, the one with NSI and Lunar Republic Islands also feature three old-schoolers, Darmen, Wight and Lymantatia. In the other match of the group, the latter two faced off at Estadio d'Onor, with Lymantatia losing 2-0.

The Western Borderlands were a bit dissapointed with the result...but the coach had a word with his players after it.
"You guys kept fighting...we need that spirit every game from now till the end of this" "but for now take lessons from this... we need to get better and strive for more!"
The stars were sort-of expecting this though...them being a pretty small nation... But one of the players Jared Hayez said this "After this there will be no more mistakes...we will go out and punch them in the mouth! if they punch back punch them harder!" (This is not to be taken literally) The rest agreed they were better than this and they will have to show it!
At the end...they took a lesson from this... and will move forward.

Mata got the ball. He dribbled Hiscox quickly, Brown was afterwards left lying on the floor after a failed sliding tackle, Polxa was dribbled humillatingly with a few tricks, Graham was outrsped on a long run and when he was in front of the goalkeeper Bunyan, he dribbled him too. With the entire goal for him to shoot, he decided to chip it so that the goal would be easier to appreciate. It worked wonderfully. Cleto Mata and his first international goal in just four minutes.
Olsson got the ball, he looked up and saw D'cruze unmarked. He passed an aerial ball to him, who stopped it one touch and dribbled Graham. He was just outside the box when he saw Vanica, he passed him the ball and ran towards the penalty spot. Vanica one-touch heeled the ball towards him. He volleyed it violently and put it in the upper-left corner of the goal. Twenty-seven minutes has passed for D'cruze to score. A magnificent goal.
Thorirsson passed the ball towards Olsson, who gave him back a perfect pass for him to shoot. It was all set. He was in a perfect position. He shot as strong as he could. Once he shot, he didn't want to see the direction the shot was taking. It was a relief when he heard Olsson behind him congratulating him. Thorirsson had scored from 42 metres, a considerable distance for a 14 year old. Thirty-four minutes had passed until that moment.
During the second half, on the tenth minute, Farfadillis got a corner. Ripeira crossed towards Vanica, who was waiting patiently on the second post, he quickly ran towards the ball and headed over Graham, who couldn't help but watch as Vanica scored Farfadillis' fourth goal. Vanica had finally scored for Farfadillis. What a surprise! It had been after a header.
Hiscox would afterwards score a free kick for Slembana, Faorono couldn't do anything, the shot was precise and powerful. Slembana had no chances, it was already the seventeenth minute and the match was already four-one.
Farfadillis was in an all-out attack form. All the defenders were near the Slembanan box. It was just for the fun of it, they were young and they couldn't lose. Maörö took the ball dribbled two players in the box and heeled the ball towards Mata, who shot violently towards the goalkeeper's hands, who gave a rebound which Olsson got. With all the goal for himself, he shot violently and scored.
The referee blew the whistle as soon as Slembana kicked-off.
The Lunar Republic Island's National U-15 Team made thier international debut as many young colts and fillies try to prove they can play against other human team. A good section of ponies and humans of the LRI were at the stadium. Unfortunately, it did not turn out well in a 6-1 loss to the Northern Sunrise Islands. "It's not the kind of start we wanted, but it's only one game and we can't get down on ourselves," Coach Jim Striker said in a Post Game interview. He also added, "We just started, we need to build as a team, and we will make progress every game." The Captain, Jeff Strife, who also scored the team's only goal, kept his hopes high. "We played as hard as we could, I knew it wasn't going to be easy, but, it's great to get this experience, and I can't wait when the team gets better." King Alex Gray also attended the game and stated, "I'm very proud of these young colts and fillies, I know they were terribly defeated, but never give up. Tomorrow's and new day, and a new game. Let's get 'em next time." The LRI ha to play other experienced teams like Darmen, Wightand Lymantatia. "Anything's possible, let's try to pull off an upset." Gray also added.

(OOC: DBK Radio 1 is Slembana's flagship sports radio station. It broadcasts all sorts of sports played all around the NS world, from football and handegg to tennis and badminton. This is the radio commentary of Slembana's opening game of the U-15 World Championship, played in Farfadillis. The game ended at Farfadillis 5 Slembana 1. The match was played on 1 November 2013 Slembanan time.)
(Key: YX is Yuppë Xandélo, LB is Liam Bardsley.)
YX: Hello listeners, you're listening to DBK Radio 1, the best sports radio station in Slembana. I'm Yuppë Xandélo, and alongside me is Liam Bardsley. The commentary we have this Friday afternoon is of a football match. It's our first game in the first Under-15 World Championship, held in the Atlantian Oceanian nation of Farfadillis, played at the Farf Fragar Firschendujmal I7'snerra, and it's against...Farfadillis. It's a tough test for our boys, but they'll hopefully cope. What do you think about this, Liam?
LB: I think it's a tough game, yes, but we'll hopefully win this one.
YX: We're playing from left to right, and Farfadillis are playing from right to left in this game. Farfadillis are lining up in their defensive 4-5-1 formation - Ander Faorono in goal; a back four of Friekder Maörö, Gorham Varlix, Cleto Mata, and Germogen Bustos; a midfield five, consisting of Roldão D'cruze, Hallbjörn Thorirsson, Gilroy Turnbull, Walter Olsson, and Varo Ripeira; and Edisalo Vanica up front.
Meanwhile, we line up in our traditional 4-1-3-2 formation, used by all of our national football teams, and all of the national football teams of our puppet countries. John Bunyan in goal; a back four of Yuppë Polxa, Finlay Graham, Graham Jacskon, and Yerrin McDonaldo; Brad Young is our defensive midfielder; Afra Bird Jones, our playmaker, is flanked by Owen Young on the right, and Varter Teva on the left; while Ashley Vale and John Hiscox are up front.
The captains do the coin toss, and we get the kick-off. Here goes!
YX: Mata gets the ball. He runs out of defence. Brown misses the slide tackle, and Mata's beat one. He's past Polxa, and it's two players he's beat. Now it's three, he's zoomed past Jackson! He's only got Bunyan to beat, he chips it over him...NO!
LB: Oh no!
YX: It's a disastrous start! Farfadillis are 1-0 up after just 4 minutes on the clock! We're losing already! This is incredible!
(Ashley Vale chance, 13 minutes)
YX: Brown robs Bustos of the ball. He zips up the field. Crosses it into the box, and it finds Vale. Vale volleys it towards goal...and it's hit the bar! So unlucky there, from the 13 year-old!
LB: That's good, positive play from Ashley Vale there. If he, and us, can get more good chances like that, we'll end up scoring. That was unlucky from the lad, great effort, but he just couldn't score.
YX: Walter Olsson gets the ball here. He lobs it down to Roldão D'cruze. D'Cruze on the ball now. He stops it with his foot, and dribbles past Finlay Graham. D'cruze to Vanica. Vanica backheels it into the air, and D'cruze volleys it towards goal...no! It's 2-0 to Farfadillis! This is terrible!
LB: Finlay Graham has been beaten twice for both goals. He needs to defend! We're playing terribly here!
YX: Thorirsson passes it to Olsson, who passes it back to Thorirsson. Thorirsson shoots, and doesn't look. He won't score, surely...
LB: He has!
YX: This is ridiculous! It's 3-0 to Farfadillis! Our defenders need to wake up! And Bunyan should've saved that! It was way out, and we're losing 3-0! This is awful!
(Half-time whistle blows, 45 minutes. Boos are raining down on the Slembanan players from the Slembanan fans.)
YX: We've reached half-time, with the score at Farfadillis 3 Slembana 0. It's a terrible scoreline in our first-ever U-15 World Championship match. It's very unlikely that we'll mount a second-half comeback. Your thoughts, Liam?
LB: I just cannot believe it. The score is totally unacceptable. The players will get a big telling off in the dressing room at half-time.
YX: Farfadillis have won a corner here. Ripeira takes it. Vanica runs towards the ball, jumps higher than Graham...and scores! For God's sake, we're losing 4-0! This is a nightmare!
LB: Finlay Graham is a terrible defender. He's been at fault for three of Farfadillis' goals today. He needs to be taken off.
YX: And it's a substitution for us. The awful Finlay Graham is being replaced by Kieran Halmez. Let's hope that Halmez does better.
(Goal 5: John Hiscox, 70 minutes, Farfadillis 4-1 Slembana)
YX: Vale. Running towards goal. (Referee blows his whistle) He's been brought down, we've got a 25-yard free-kick. Vale, Hiscox, Jones, and Brown all want to take it, but Hiscox will take it. The wall has been arranged.
(After a short pause, the referee blows his whistle, signifying that Hiscox can take the free-kick.
Hiscox steps up to take it...and scores! It's nothing more than a consolation goal, but at least we've scored today.
LB: That's a great goal from John Hiscox. He's just under three years younger than Val Kylx, so he could be lining up alongside Val in the senior team soon.
(Goal 6: Walter Olsson, 90+2 minutes, Farfadillis 5-1 Slembana)
YX: Maörö is on the ball. He dribbles in between our defenders. Backheels it to Mata. Mata takes a shot...it's saved by Bunyan, but it falls back out to Olsson, who shoots...and scores! This is ridiculous! It's now 5-1 to Farfadillis!
LB: John Bunyan really should have held onto that. This is just awful.
YX: We take it back for kick-off, Vale plays it to Hiscox...
(The referee blows his whistle, and boos from the Slembanan fans rain down on the Slembanan players.)
And that's it over. Our campaign in the Under-15 World Championship has started disgustingly. The players may only be young, but they deserve to be booed off. The performance was diabolical.
Golden generation proved his name again, 2 years unbeaten !

Gre Drrena - Farfadillis: For the most nations a U-15 cup would be exactly that, a youth cup nothing worth to notice except for scouts and soccer mums that travels around the globe to every match of their kids despite of the distance and costs. However Phoenixia took a different route since Sigur Sigurdson took the coach post 3 years ago. The budget for talent schools was multiplied by ten times, the already existing youth league goes very professional with own teams and youth departments of nearly every important football club in Phoenixia. Sigurdson and his allies realized that the national team needs to begin in the youth section if they want to reach top level in the future. A situation that was not given in the past and that cost many talents their career. The new team took a year to hit right but after that they were unstoppable, winning regional championships as well as friendly games against other nations. Today the from the boulevard so called 'golden generation' took their first real international match against Swyftlandre from the famous region Esportiva, knowing for favorites like Cyborg Holland, Slembana and Estope. However Swyftlandre was never a match for the well trained team resulting in a safe 4-2 win for Phoenixia. Man of the match was surely Tore Arnesen with his hat trick and Modesta Horn with 4 assists. However the defense was not doing well against the counter attacks if not for Goalkeeper Vilhelm Nass and DM Simon Strand the game could developed very different. So however the Phoenixians have a very good position for the next games.
