We've beat the deadline this time, haven't we?

EDIT: so excited about making the deadline that we forgot to submit interest in participating in a handball tourney.

I've been a fan of handball since living in Iceland in the mid 80s.

It doesn't strike me as something the monks would enter, though, so - highly unusually - I'll enter the Holy Empire for something other than football.

Up to participants on the gender of their squads, whether they send a men's, women's or mixed team is up to the individuals.

TBI brings us up to 52 signups, I'll get round to sorting a format tomorrow, so anyone else wanting to signup has 12 hours or so to do so.

Signups are now closed and I'm in the process of drawing the group stage. For ease of format I've decided to restrict the competition to 48 teams and have withdrawn Aels, Schnitzreich, Kirchland and Swartaz as they either appear to be multiple puppets of one user or have already expressed a willingness to be withdrawn if needed.

As with Carmadin, if any of your players are un-attached, and don't have any domestic handball to play, then just whizz us a TG, and we'll slid em into one of our 12 teams. Our League is here

Yes and no, but mainly no.

There were some rankings produced after the previous HWC. That however was about two or so years ago and given that so few of the nations in those are competing in this tournament I didn't feel it worthwhile to use them.
