In the OP, it does not have any guidlines to hosting the competion. I'll ask the creator of the thread.

The United Kingdom of Isointania is pleased to present you with a bid to host The Second World Badminton Championships.

Who IS The United Kingdom of Isointania?

The United Kingdom of Isointania is a very large nation, which is a fresh face to the NS Sport community. However, we still have gone past the second round of The Baptism of Fire 47. We are new to Badminton.

GREAT, BUT WHY SHOULD LYMANTATIA PICK YOU?

I am dedicated to the concept of hosting The Second World Badminton Championships. I have a clear vision of what to do and would co-operate with Lymantatia on both of our visions. I am an experianced RPer in International Incidents and Global Economics and Trade. It would be an clear and consise OP. I have never done one liners in role plays. Maybe the most important fact is that I am enthusiastic at the prospect of hosting The Second World Badminton Championships. Telegrams can be sent to me if any queries are raised.

HOW WILL YOU SCORINATE?

I'd use the latest version of Xkoranate for Windows, which is xkoranate-0.3.3.zip (6.54 MiB).

WHAT FORMAT WILL USE?


Group Stage - Ten Groups of Six
Day 1 - Group Stage MD1
Day 2 - Group Stage MD2
Day 3 - Group Stage MD3
Day 4 - Group Stage MD4
Day 5 - Group Stage MD5

Group winners and top six second-place finishers advance to knockout rounds

Knockout Stage
Day 6 - Round of 16
Day 7 - Quarterfinals
Day 8 - Semifinals
Day 9 - Finals and Third Place Match

RP BONUS:


A bonus of 30% will be implemented. RPs will be graded on quality over quantity. Each RP will be counted for ALL entrants, even if the RP was just about a Men's singles player. RPs will be cumulative throughout the Group Stage, then deducted partially before the knockout stages.
