Hey so if you read my latest RP (link here) Tamara needs a list of destinations to travel so she can try to convince your leader to support the rebellion in Felix. What I request is a simple TG informing me what your leader is like and a small bio and what is the name of your capitol's international airport. With that (along with a simple yes or no support thing via TG) I'll RP in my line. Depending on the amount of nations signed up will depend on how many nations she will visit per matchday.

Simply put, the Corvidae is NS Fascism.

The Corvidae is also a group of those Fascist (or at least super Nationalist) nations who despise freedom and want to conquer any nation that stands in their way. Think of the Axis in WWII. The Corvidae contains 5 nations. Me (Felix), Farf (Farfadillis), Ytt (Yttribia), Sari (The Sarian), and Inev/TIS (The Inevitable Syndicate). Lex Crowley is our leader and stuff (think Hitler expect he has better facial hair choices). Lastly there is a anti-Corvidae alliance composed of NSI, GAS/Rutenbach, Ceni (kinda), and SJG. We all just started fighting a war.

And there you have it a dumbed down version of the Corvidae. I would go on but it is almost two in the morning where I live and I am very sleepy. If you have further questions ask our demon lord master in chief boss, The Inevitable Syndicate, via TG.

you'll hear mention to the "three Rs" fairly often. Rank, randomness and RP... so yes. At the beginning, because your rank is low, you're relying on randomness (aka "Margaret") being kind, or your RP being judged as particularly good in order to get wins. That doesn't last too long though.

Besides, its easier to RP when you lose, imo. More to talk about.

It being your first time is something you should remember, I am yet to face you so haven't done the research but I expect that you participated in the BoF so you do have some KBP already, just keep slogging away they will come. Remember that there is also a luck factor so chances are you will end up getting your first win against me knocking me out of qualification contention.

you'll hear mention to the "three Rs" fairly often. Rank, randomness and RP... so yes. At the beginning, because your rank is low, you're relying on randomness (aka "Margaret") being kind, or your RP being judged as particularly good in order to get wins. That doesn't last too long though.

There's a 4th factor that is, from my experience, widely underestimated: Home Field Advantage. If you look closely, most results that are perceived as flukes occur when the lower ranked team is at home and most highly ranked teams almost never lose at home (although they sometimes draw).

Once the World Cup Finals come about, almost everybody is RPing, so if you've got a low ranking, you'll have to rely upon Margaret.

Bearing in mind the current difference in rankings, a draw was the best that the Bears -- even with the 'home field' advantage -- thought that they could "rrrealistically" expect... so, good enough.
That looks as though it would have been an exciting game to watch. I'll try to write a RP about it tomorrow, if Paradystopia doesn't get in first, but today (when the air-conditioned library isn't open...) is just too darn hot.

Geez folks, what's with all the hissy fits today? Riots, mob justice, phantom red cards, obvious referee bias. So you had a bad game. There's no reason to go off blaming everything on the refs and intentionally injuring other players. Be classy and just say you weren't on your game.

Edit: The statement above sounds a little harsh, and it's not quite meant to be, but the RP's do smack a little of "sour grapes". And before anyone says anything, yes, I did justify out scoreless draw away to Azrea with a red card. However, it was completely deserved (though an unintentional act) and we didn't make a big fuss about it ICly.
