Because it’s an unnecessary hassle for the hosts to fiddle with results to account for CTEs the qualifiers will carry on as normal. All past results still apply.

Of course if DFP somehow contrive to finish in a qualification spot they’ll be bumped for the next highest qualifier.

So, second in group 5 and the only team who Jeru FC failed to beat so far (we drew 0-0, but they beat me 0-2 second time round). When did Mesoland get so good? We've beaten Ancharmunn, Megadia and Queer Poco so far, all of whom are top 100 teams, and we've drawn with Jeru who are ranked sixth!
