It's the user's perogative if they want to post multiple RPs, and it's the host's perogative how they want to grade it. So I wouldn't worry about it.

What says they aren't going to post multiple lengthy RPs for each MD? Yes, it is a bad idea to post everything at once if you don't have anything else for future MDs, but if you do, you can go ahead and post 2 or 3 lengthy RPs. My entire first week of RPs during the last World Cup were pre-written and saved through the draft feature. I logged onto NS from my phone's Internet after each day's results were posted and posted the next day's RP(s).

I could have sworn it was in the bid...Must be getting it mixed up with something else then.

Out of Interest, could one of the hosts clarify how they intend to score multiple Rp's in the one day?

I'm going to go back in my box now.

There will be a daily max RP bonus. All RPs submitted by a nation will be taken into account when assigning a bonus. A player will not necessarily receive a higher grade simple because of multiple RPs, as quality and creativity are more important than length in our view.

Sorry to be a bother but the dates in the BoF schedule drift out of sync, so it's not clear what days matches will be on this week.

It may be more a result of time zone differences. The schedule is posted in UTC (which could perhaps be made clearer).

I don't know what came over me typing up that schedule - Thursday doesn't ever go after Monday. Should be OK now.

One to two months.
If you can't wait that much, you can sign up now, but you'll miss the BoF (which is optional). Score-wise, it'll be the same in the long run (I think).

World Cup 66 hasn't even started yet. Baptism of Fire has barely just begun. Don't expect a signup thread for at least two months.

Yeah, I can wait. I have to set up my national league, so far done 1 of the 14 teams. I also do want to play the BOF, just wanted to know when to be on the lookout for it. Thanks.

Being in the BoF feels weird. I finally got around to doing a WCC event after 1 and a half years, and now I barely recognize any of the people I'm competing against.

I can't speak for everyone, but most of us RP because we enjoy the RP, not to accrue RP bonuses.

Anyone who RPs primarily or solely so as to maximise their RP bonus is probably missing the point.

You're talking about the ones that have RPing skills. My RPs are horrible, and I don't really enjoy writing them. I do write them to improve my writing skills, and for the RP bonuses, but I'd rather be doing other things, both on NS and my actual life.

It all depends on what you enjoy doing. I make maps and organize RPs.........

True, but you know, why not do both? Admittedly my favourite thing about RPing is building a story around whatever events have happened in that day's play, so I do like to spread it out. I'm sure others feel differently though, and that's cool too.

Because participating in the World Cup is not about maximising your RP bonus, or RPing for the sake of gaining an RP bonus, and never has been.
