Agreed, I do love the colours. But surely the AO HQ would be in the centre of the region? (I'm not saying it should be me, we can put the Wapakoneta to use...)

No, Wight is too grim for an AO HQ, so I'd say let's put it in Ko-oren as the first call for the region. As a publishing house that is all about travel and adventure, they won't mind being based in a far-flung corner...

Further to discussions then here's an RP opportunity for anyone who wants to run with it based around the Lonely Multiverse idea, or Approx Guide. It looks like a few people might want to use it, and I'm happy to provide a little graphic for anyone as seen with this one here - the coloured band in the middle would be a key colour from your flag.
I'd be delighted for anyone to use this idea and take it wherever you will, except please don't restrict it's use for others (eg, RPing that Lonely Multiverse has gone bankrupt or disappeared into the Holy Empire never to be seen again, or refuses to publish an edition of your IC enemy...) I imagine that LM will probably have an HQ in every region where it publishes at least one guide, so let's say first come first served on that one, sort it out between you - the honourable way! The overall Multiversal holding company HQ - for your reference - is on the shady corporate island of Taxhavn. Just TG me if you want one doing.

I suggest someone create an nswiki page, 4 or 5 people volunteer to take cups 1-10, 11-20 etc. and just post them on that page. Someone can then put them in excel, alphabatize them and be done. If someone like yourself organizes it and gets a few volunteers you should be able to have it done in 24 hours

Maybe it's just me, but creating putting that many cups into an NSWiki page sounds like a lot more than 24 hours.
Anyways, I fully support the idea, and I'll be up for helping out with some little things (can't do that much). So if you need me, TG me Saintland.

I've used 'Lonely Multiverse' before, as a guide for tourists - ie, visiting fans - based on Lonely Planet (other guidebooks are available). LP books are great for encyclopaedic introductions to just about anything you'd want to know about a country you were planning to visit, so Lonely Multiverse was a good excuse to do some nation-building under the pretext of offering advice to visiting fans. If you want to get the 'Lonely Multiverse' going as a brand across different RPers, that would be fine with me, I even have a handy graphic which could be modified for your nation, or others, if anyone wants to use it:
