Actually I did when I was like 8, but I really wasn't aware of the subs rule.

Doesn't really matter as CLS rules are different from most and we do allow subs. (For instance you can take a feet first dive at the ball handler even if you hit the ball or not. We allow a lot more physical play than the normal league.)

It doesn't matter what your nation's rules are, in the world cup/BoF, you would have to follow international rules. It's just like how FIBA and the NBA play differently (FIBA has 10 minute quarters, NBA has 12 minutes, NBA players can foul 6 times, FIBA players can foul 5) but when the US is in the olympics, even though all of the players are from the NBA, they still have to play by FIBA rules.
If you ever have an RPing question, please TG me about it.

Well, one of my puppet nations (The Bear Islands) did get away with fielding 12 players in their team's starting line-up on the grounds that under their laws a pair of identical twins only counts as one person... ;)

Given how long it takes to build any appreciable number of KPB points, I think a penalty in the form of a percentage should suffice -- say, somewhere between 50% and 80% of current ranking. We do want to smack nations that CTE during the event for the disruption it causes; we do not want to drive them from the community if they wish to stay and it was a matter of Oops or RL.

But that's for long-term consideration.

I hope that somehow Australia and New Zealand get drawn into the same World Cup Group, wouldn't that be just so freaking funny?

It would be sensational. Considering our sportsman invariably get up for games against the Aussies, to play them on such a huge stage would be fantastic. I can't wait for the WC, no matter who we play... We're probably gonna get pumped though!

I happen to know a few Nethertopian referees who would most definitely argue with 12 bears. But three out of the possible four would do it out of naivety, while the last one hunts Nethertopian brown bears in his free time.

Who knew that disagreement in NS Sports could result in an SC Condemnation Proposal?

And after all that has happened in the past five months, I have but this to say about you guys...

SLOW

That said, to those detractors who say I'm too sane to want to want to come back, I assure you that life has been much kinder to me. Take what happened yesterday: I got a new phone that connects me to the Internet (courtesy of the old one succomding to the natural forces of gravity and Murphy's Law, addendum 10.93). Nonetheless, this phone dislikes MS Office and I suck at flipping my thumbs into knots, so engaging in any sort of eclectic activities is beyond my present capabilities (for those not aware, among the reasons for my departure was the voluntary retirement of my old laptop - though at the time, it was hardly the most pertinent). So the quest for one laptop to rule them all continues to ensure unhindered access to my files. Moreover, I am planning some sort of revival that will mean the end of certain traditions and the start of new ones. In any case, you'll have to wait before the Han come back to haunt your dreams (at least we'll get a chance to finally won that damned CoH).

Oh, and C&M - is it possible to trade in the one on the IDSN for the NSWC one? Purdy peez?

(If anyone needs any indication as to how badl I suck at this (not talking bout Maradona suck either), this message took me 30 minutes to write - too long for my tastes)

EDIT: ah crap - the real reason why I'm here is because Samseong is one of those things that won't go byebye. So I'll need to know from people if they're still willing to have snooping in their backyard with a wad o imaginary money - just email or TG me. I understand perfectly
if you'd rather not have it that way, since I was away for some time under the expectation that I wouldn't come back for perhaps a year. Anyhow, thanx for the greeting LE!
