I have looked at the tables and I found an error. Kelssek and me are on equal points but I'm on better goal difference and still behind them. Is that an error or have I read the tiebreakers all wrong?

Head-to-head is becoming more prevalent both on NS and IRL as the preferred tiebreaker over goal difference (like in UEFA competitions, for example). There's nothing wrong with you not liking the preference, but it's a fact that has to be faced.

Personally, I really don't mind either way. I do extremely dislike number of wins as the first tiebreaker for association football though, which is why I chose not to vote for (or, indeed, against) the bid.

I am looking for someone to prepare a CoH bid with me... and, taking the path of the conversation going on, preferably someone who doesn't mind or has a positive view about number of wins as a tiebreaker :p

If you don't mind taking on a relatively inexperienced co-host here, then I'd be up for it. And this will be open to anyone who wants a co-host.

Any particular reason? I'm just curious, as I haven't really given much thought to that particular tiebreaker.

Number of wins just isn't used that commonly in real life (in fact, I can think of only one major country that uses it as the first tiebreaker, which is Brazil). When it comes down to separating two teams I'd rather use their performance against each other or their overall performance in scoring and defending.
Winning a game 4-0 and losing two tough games 1-0 to two 90th minute goals should arguably get a team in over a team in the exact opposite situation (winning two games 1-0 though lucky 90th minute goals but getting thrashed 4-0 in the other).

Excellent point, never thought of it that way.

One could also argue that assuming the teams played the same amount of games and have the same number of points, and Team A has less wins than Team B, it means that Team A also has less losses.

7-4? Highest scoring game in Tyrrinian history, along with probably the longest RP in Tyrrinian history  . Yafor's losing streak is really going to help our qualification chances.
