Assume the same time as PIS was cutting off.

Since you guys are used to it, I'll try to keep it the same. The cutoffs may come a tad later, but the cutoff will be very prompt on Friday for sure. So assume the same time that PIS was cutting off, you should have your RP's in by.

These days I go in the same order FIFA does tiebreaks for the World Cup, so GD first.
