OOC: For complete newcomers, please see the Guide to Sports Roleplaying. If you need to ask anything of the host or your opponents, arrange RP angles or generally chat about the goings-on, please use the World Cup Discussion Thread.

Timeline note: I consider the DBC to take place in between the Finals of one World Cup and the Qualifiers of the next, so the DBC would also take place after the Cup of Harmony. So for those of you worrying about timeline clashes and young players in two places at once, be at peace thanks to the wonders of fluid time.

The Citiz Football Association presents:

The Twenty-First Di Bradini Cup
a.k.a
The 42nd Under-21 World Cup

The Citiz Football Association presents, for the twenty-first time, the latest edition of the Under-21 international tournament, recognized as the direct successor to the old Under-21 World Cup. This will mark the forty-second edition of the Under-21 World Cup and, as always, we're all hoping for a great edition this time around.

This tournament is now named after Starblaydia's most-famous player, the first person to score for Starblaydia's own Under-21s, currently the fifth-highest goalscorer in Starblaydia's history, World Cup winner, member of the World Cup Hall of Fame and one-time President of the World Cup Committee: Simeone Di Bradini. We present, for your participation: The 21st Di Bradini Cup, a.k.a. The 42nd Under-21 World Cup!

With all matches played in Civil Citizenry, and the final at the premier 82,500-capacity stadium Red Circle Arena, there's everything to play for to be crowned the number one Under-21 team in the world as the future stars of tomorrow compete to be the best!

40 teams are participating, matching the highest total in this tournament's history. For the first time ever, the DBC is coming to Civil Citizenry, and for the second time to Rushmore! Good luck to all nations!

For now, post your rosters and any other pre-Cup RPs - rule number one, enjoy!

Group A
Mapletish
Swartaz
The Icemark
Taeshan
Darmen

The first listed match will be played at Insuracare Field (32,000), Baker; a multi-purpose arena, it is home to Lord's League club Baker Fief, and hosted the final of the fourth Rugby Union Champions' Trophy. The second listed match will be played at Portsdan Municipal Field (13,000), Portsdan; though not a large stadium, High Groth Athletic, which finished sixth in the King's League last season, plays there.

Group B
Pasarga
Qazox
Hakkland
Vilita
Western Cuba

The first listed match will be played at the Street Shack (24,600), Athenstoft; the name "shack" is apt for a club (Tasterson Road) that was relegated from the King's League in the inaugural season and has failed to earn promotion since then. The second listed match will be played at Smacky Snack Arena (20,850), Merrilin; it is the home of the defending league champions, Merrilin FC, and consistently sells out all home games.

Group C
Ipeland
Cafundéu
Sargossa
Aels
Stachland

The first listed match will be played at Doman Field (43,000), Briarshaw; the fourth-largest football stadium in the country, it is where Briarmore FC plays its home games. The second listed match will be played at the DebitDown Center (15,750), Sherwood; the arena recently expanded by 4,000 seats, but these seats are called temporary and are not listed in the official tally.

Group D
Cyborg Holland
Civil Citizenry
Erathore
Falconfar
Valladares

The first listed match will be played at Bay Forest Stadium (29,000), Bartewick; located in the southeastern portion of the capital, it will play host to two King's League teams this season, North Woodlands and Hill Lane. The second listed match will be played at North Mill Road (12,105), Skyanter; a grant from the Norfolk County government means the stadium will have over three thousand more seats for these games.

Group E
Krytenia
Abcdefghijklmnopqrstuk
Bears Armed
Dorian and Sonya
Thatius

The first listed match will be played at The Barn (58,100), Comesby; this may be the most exciting stadium to play in, as the fans are always rabid and loud. The second listed match will be played at the History Grounds (23,500), Briarshaw; located in Comesby's sister city, it is home to FC Dark Alley.

Group F
FSSO
Carmadin
Saugeais
Osarius
Mangolana

The first listed match will be played at Coastal Citiz Stadium (37,000), Kyle of the Isle; the field is actually on the campus of Coastal Citiz University, making the area a hotbed of excitement and fun. The second listed match will be played at Salutin City Arena (26,300), Salutin; a rundown city with an antiquated field could use the economic boom of hosting a few games.

Group G
Kiryu-shi
Astograth
Homelands our
Celestial Marshmallows
Michael VII

The first listed match will be played at KheapKopier Stadium (22,000), Kent; home to recently-relegated East Kent Professional, it is sponsored by a printing company that is generally pronounced "cheap copier," despite the spelling. The second listed match will be played at Westwold CB Complex (14,250), Thugfield; the strange name is because the stadium is owned by Westwold County, and of course bureaucratic names must be unimaginative.

Group H
Camwood
Spongebobeeshia
Polar Islandstates
Megadia
Cassadaigua

The first listed match will be played at Internacionála Stadium (31,025), Eastern Chase; built just four years ago, it is completely modern, just like its club (TFC Lannymore) and its city. The second listed match will be played at Goosegear Stadium (16,825), Kyle of the Isle; fans who plan to come here must be equipped to stay at a good hotel with stupendous views of the Goose Sea and nearby beaches.

Schedule
MD1 (Tuesday, March 6): 2 v 5, 3 v 4, 1 Bye
MD2 (Wednesday, March 7): 5 v 3, 1 v 2, 4 Bye
MD3 (Thursday, March 8): 3 v 1, 4 v 5, 2 Bye
MD4 (Friday, March 9): 1 v 4, 2 v 3, 5 Bye

Qazox u-21 team

PostPosted: Fri Mar 02, 2012 11:36 pm
by Qazox
Qazox has finally received permission to allow their u-16 team to participate in the DiBradini Cup. While most teams have 18-21 year olds playing, most of Qazox' national team is comprised of said ages, hence the U-16 squad. But the team will have 3 players that participated in the most recent World Cup to help bolster the roster.

Since this is Qazox' first foray into the DBC, odds are every team will be gunning for the Osprey, as they do not have the experience most of the other teams have. But given that, Qazox should be able to hold their own and if they manage to get to the knockout rounds, it would be considered quite the sucess.

(Spacebook Chatter)

Samantha O’Keefe>: Let’s be very happy that we are here ladies, we almost didn’t make it.
Ashley Barrett>: What do you mean?
Zoey Anderson>: We were the last nation to sign up, and they don’t have a field of 40 all that often in the Di Bradini Cup anyway.
Samantha O’Keefe>: That’s very true, Zoey. And I think some people might have been prepating for armageddon in Cassadaigua anyway. We were on our last legs, I think.
Holly Sanders>: That’s scary talk all that armawhatever stuff.
Zoey Anderson>: Rumor has it that Queen Cassie only had a few days left to do something with the nation or else we may have all just suddenly ceased.
Holly Sanders>: Oh I’m sure she knew what she was doing.
Samantha O’Keefe>: We’d all like to believe that, but there has been a lot of missing in action things lately. Did you notice there was hardly any kind of feedback in the World Cup and then not a damn thing in the World Baseball Classic?
Ashley Barrett>: I’m sure the Queen was still checking scores.
Samantha O’Keefe>: We’d all like to believe that.
Holly Sanders>: Who won the World Cup and the World Baseball Classic anyway?
Zoey Anderson>: Zwangzug won the World Cup and Aguazul won the World Baseball Classic.
Samantha O’Keefe>: What? You mixed them up.
Zoey Anderson>: Same difference.
Ashley Barrett>: Zoey I hope you stop the opposing team from scoring then you do keeping that stuff straight!
Zoey Anderson>: At least I know we’re not going to Valanora this time. I saw you getting ready to go there.
Holly Sanders>: Yeah, so is Civil Citizenry a nice place?
Samantha O’Keefe>: It sucks.
Zoey Anderson>: Its awesome!
Ashley Barrett>: lol
Zoey Anderson>: Sammi, you are the captain. You cannot disrespect the home nation!
Holly Sanders>: Yeah and like what if someone there is somehow spying on our conversation right now?
Samantha O’Keefe>: I can say different things to the media then what I really feel. Don’t worry, they’ll think I love the place.
Zoey Anderson>: I don’t get the hate, Sammi. I love Civil Citizenry. All of Rushmore is so beautiful, including there. Why don’t you like it?
Samantha O’Keefe>: I just don’t.
Ashley Barrett>: Well maybe by the end of the Di Bradini Cup you will! The real World Cup might come here too ya know!
Samantha O’Keefe>: We’ll see.

Under-21 World Cup 7 Champions

GOALKEEPERS:

[ 91 ] Aranora Jaded [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 15 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.50 Average Rating ]
Jaded was given a great confidence boost by the decision of the coaching staff to sell Jaqe Planst to Cednia Beach AFC. The two young keepers were fighting for the right to be the next Arcticala starting keeper, and Jaded won that job, leading Arcticala to the Tropical Trophy title in Season 27 - on penalty kicks, against his opposite number Planst who was making his first start for Cednia Beach since leaving Arcticala.

[ 90 ] Jaqe Planst [ - Cednia Beach AFC (TUR) - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 15 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.00 Average Rating ]
Planst was acquired by Cednia Beach AFC after playing just 1 match in Season 26 for Arcticala Inlet. Planst helped the Turorian side to second place in the VLeague 27 table and a return to UICA Competitions. A poor showing during the AOCL V in which Cednia Beach were eliminated in the group stage likely kept Planst out of any contention for a National Team spot during World Cup 58 Qualifiers, although, as a highly skilled keeper, Planst was still invited to the training camp.

[ 85 ] Nycflala Kater [ - Strike FC - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 32 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.64 Average Rating ]
Descended of former National Team goalkeeper Jimmy Kater, who took over the starting position on the National Team under the intense spotlight of the World Cup 17 Finals in Vilita and remained first choice keeper for the majority of Vilitan national competition in subsequent seasons before joining the coaching staff for World Cup 31. Nycflala made his full debut for the Vilita National Team during World Cup 57 where he was named the starter in 14 of Vilitas 16 qualification matches. Kater performed strongly with 6 shutouts and a 5.86 average rating. Many claim that the focus on the World Cup 57 Qualifying campaign distracted Strike players such as Kater from performing well domestically in VLeague 26. Kater ensured there would be no dissapointment in VLeague 27 leading Strike comfortably to both the League and Cup titles.

[ 92 ] Jungrii Canopii [ - Eastal Lunar - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 11 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 4.83 Average Rating ]
Canopii spent most of World Cup 57 Qualifications on the bench, earning three substitute appearances in official matches, though he was named starter for the mid-qualification charity match against Akbarabad to raise money for big cats, where he made 11 saves. Despite spending most of the campaign as the primary backup, Canopii was not given the opportunity to start when #1 keeper Kater missed two matches, leading doubts as to whether he is looked upon as a serious canadidate for the starting role in the future. After starting at the Inland Academy then signing for Inland Peaks, Canopii left the home-town club when they were relegated from the Stellar Division after Season 26, joining cross-range rivals Eastal Lunar.

[ 98 ] Atacir Tivalan [ - Makosile FC - ]
------- GK ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Tivalan architected an outstanding season for Makosile FC in the Vilitan Stellar Division, season 26 leading the Mako's to a top 4 finish in the table, and earning a high-profile transfer to the Yeaddin Owls. Although Tivalan played well at the Castle, the team was languishing unfamiliarly near the bottom half of the table, while Makosile also struggled. The Owls decided to part company with the goalkeeper who was welcomed back to Makosile, finishing the season strong conceding just 8 goals in 15 games.

DEFENDERS:

[ 66 ] Sipaao Vereaoao [ - Marine Coast United - ]
------- D L ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 1 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.00 Average Rating ]
A product of the Inland Academy, Vereaoao has played in both Vilita & Turori, but committed his future to the Jungle Cats when featuring for them as a half time substitute against Nitrome Island during World Cup 57 qualifying. Vereaoao left long-time home Inland Peaks after they failed to achieve promotion from the Declasse during VLeague 27. Vereaoao signed for Marine Coast United, who had earned promotion in addition to a place in International Competitions

[ 64 ] Uajiala Pulkki [ - Cednia Beach AFC (TUR) - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 12 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.08 Average Rating ]
Pulkki is a descendent of former Inland Peaks FC defender Pasi Pulkki, and many are saying he could even be better then his ancestors. Pulkki unfortunately lasted barely 22 minutes in his competitive debut against Ipeland in World Cup 57 qualifying, but has put in some more impressive performances since. Like many of his teammates, Pulkki left Inland Peaks after their relegation in VLeague 26, and headed over to Eastal Lunar. Pulkki was a star for Eastal during VLeague 27 earning a transfer to former champions Cednia Beach AFC for VLeague 28.

[ 94 ] Miiara Makose [ - Strike FC - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 33 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.61 Average Rating ]
Makose has Druidan blood, though has been diluted through multiple generations. He was trained as a goalkeeper in Turori but did not want to be stuck in the shadows of Nycflala Kater, so switched over to the defensive role when joining the Strike Academy. The transition was clearly justified as Makose was one of the top performing players in World Cup 57 qualifying, carrying a 6.65 average rating while appearing in 14 of Vilita's 16 group matches. Makose was also part of Strike's dominating VLeague 27 performances winning the League and Cup titles with the club.

[ 9 ] Ritopa Simafela [ - Strike FC - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 15 :: GOALS::SR: 3 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.53 Average Rating ]
Ritopa was a standout product of the Lunar Academy and was named as one of the captains of Vilita's World Cup 57 Qualifying Squad. The son of a Rocket Scientist and a Physicist, Simafela is already well educated and is in no way reliant on a career in sports. However, strong performances during his debut qualifying campaign including a 6.05 average rating and 2 goals spurred transfer inquiries from foreign clubs and comparisons to Vilitan greats like Enzo Ahat and Ricky Ezis. Simafela transferred to Strike FC for VLeague 27 and was an instrumental part of their double success in the League and Cup.

[ 68 ] Kadi Molali [ - Eastal Lunar - ]
------- D R ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 32 :: GOALS::SR: 2 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.79 Average Rating ]
Molali has the ability to make stunning runs up the right side of the field and has put together exciting 'from-nothing' goal scoring opportunities in weekly scrimmage matches. Molali was an exciting prospect for the Turoki Academy who was solid, but not exceptional during World Cup 57 Qualifying, making 13 appearances and scoring 1 goal. After joining multiple clubs, including Strike FC, Molali left the VLeague abrubtly in the middle of VLeague 26. After some time off, Molali returned, signing for Eastal Lunar FC and completing a strong VLeague Season 27.

[ 8 ] Ricata Amakra [ - Orbital Kickers - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
The product of the Alikka-Corra Academy is a defender being compared locally with former Alikki-Corra FC defender Emarka Laniora. While he doesn't yet share the same ability to charge up either wing with the ball, his solid defensive skills should see him earn some playing time with the National Team. Amakra has been a star performer in the Non-Leagues with the Orbital Kickers.

[ 3 ] Niubo Deneli [ - Strike FC - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 7 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.66 Average Rating ]
Deneli was a solid prospect for the Strike Academy before a decline in his development after the age of 15, a time at which he was considered the best defensive prospect in the country. He ended up signing his first professional contract with local side Lonngeylin Coast, helping them get invited to the Declasse for Season 27, and helping them keep that spot for Season 28. Deneli, however, would leave the club and return to the other side of the street to play for Strike FC in Season 28.

[ 67 ] Eda Shindhi [ - Cednia Beach AFC (TUR) - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 5 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.53 Average Rating ]
Shindhi is a player in the mold of former Marine Coast defensive stalwarts Ade Hinds and Sibusiso Azaiez. While Shindhi still has some development to go before realizing his full potential, it is expected that he will continue to get a run out from time to time as his skills progress. Shindhi made his competitive debut in defeat against Brendino the 3rd during World Cup 57 Qualifying but did not impress in that performance. After being trainined at the Coastal Academy, Shindhi signed his first professional contract with Marine Coast United. However, relegation was not acceptable to Shindhi, who left the club for VLeague 27, signing with the reigning champions at the time, Cednia Beach AFC.

[ 4 ] Timmson Leabiura [ - Winding Street (CvC) - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 2 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.00 Average Rating ]
The development of Timmson Leabiura seems to be hampered by his family's inability to stay put, and he has found himself at 6 different academies in his short sporting career. After training at the Strike Academy off and on, it was hoped by pundits that his development would spark. Leabiura would instead move to Civil Citizenry to play with Winding Street.

[ 4 ] Tyaoino Munviola [ - Laiotia Locals - ]
------- D C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 8 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.44 Average Rating ]
A towering defender with a dependable head, Munviola is not afraid to join the attack on corner kicks, and rarely loses a defensive header. His feet have let him down from time to time, but have been improving. Despite his inconsistencies, Munviola was a surprise package during World Cup 57 qualifying, making 6 appearances and having a strong ratings average. Munviola plays for Non-League Laiotia Locals in Vilita

[ 63 ] Baiiub Jual-Knakok [ - Laiotia Locals - ]
------- D LC ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
A product of the Coastal Academy, Jual-Knakok is a left footed defender nicknamed "the Cricket" by his peers. The Cricket has been loyal to the Laiotia Locals in the Non-Leagues ever since signing his first professional contract, though the lack of exposure and experience has dropped him down the National Team depth chart.

DEFENSIVE MID:

[ 39 ] Tujamu Treola [ - Tivali United - ]
------- DM C ( AGE: 17 CAPS: 6 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.33 Average Rating ]
A product of the Strike Academy, Tujamu Treola excels both defensively in the midfield, and with his head both defensively and on corner kicks. Treola made his competitive debut in World Cup 57 qualifying against West Zirconia, but has never signed a professional contract.

[ 36 ] Retiso Buran [ - Strike FC - ]
------- DM C ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 33 :: GOALS::SR: 4 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.43 Average Rating ]
Retiso Buran was the top prospect at the Sile Academy specializing in the defensive midfield role once made famous by Jürgen Ramzi. Buran is a ferocious player who some has said can be seen with teeth gritted ready to pounce as the attacking side approaches. Appearing almost exclusively during World Cup 57 qualifying, Buran missed only one game and scored 2 goals during the campaign. Burans perofmances both for the National Team and for Makosile earned him a transfer to Strike FC for Season 27, where he earned the Vilitan Stellar Divisions top goalscorer award for the second consecutive season, the first time ever achieved by a midfielder.

[ 34 ] Danie Izmao [ - Lonngeylin Coast - ]
------- DM C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Izmao was a Strike Academy prospect who, while not rated as the highest defensive midfield prospect at the academy, was still expected to get a run out with the National Squad in World Cup 57 Qualifiers. That chance never came, and the Venom weren't interested when it came time to award professional contracts. Izmao went across the road to Lonngeylin Coast and was instrumental in helping them not only get invited to rejoin the Vilitan League System - but for the first time ever, to stay there for at least a second consecutive season. Izmao is still part of the national team player pool, especially should any injuries come in to play

[ 38 ] Dronik Ratuva [ - Morata Valley - ]
------- DM RLC ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Dronik Ratuva was an exciting prospect from the Valley Academy, who is also able to move wide to defensively cover the wings when 2 or 3 central defenders are used. Ratuva helped Morata Valley earn promotion to the Stellar Division during VLeague 26.

[ 30 ] Ukalai Saluria [ - Jaguar Moreda - ]
------- DM C ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Saluria was a product of the Turoki Academy, who has trained with the National Team as an alternate since World Cup 57. Saluria has played for Jaguar Moreda in the Vilitan Non-League system.

MIDFIELDERS:

[ 53 ] Resaie Kentiak [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- M RC ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 20 :: GOALS::SR: 2 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.70 Average Rating ]
Kentiak is a product of the Coastal Academy who has played a substitute role in the center of midfield for the Vilitan National Team.

[ 51 ] Steffyn Siazzu [ - Yeaddin Owls AFC - ]
------- AM C ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 35 :: GOALS::SR: 4 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.47 Average Rating ]
An exciting prospect from the Yeaddin Academy, Siazzu plays behind the strikers in a clean up or attacking role atop the midfield. Despite not scoring during World Cup 57 Qualifiers, Siazzu was an important presence.

[ 27 ] Rexii Tzikas [ - Cednia Beach AFC (TUR) - ]
------- M RC ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 37 :: GOALS::SR: 6 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.20 Average Rating ]
Tzikas was the top propsect of the Arcticala Academy, and one of the most highly rated players in the Vilitan National Team pool entering World Cup 57 Qualifiers. The Tzikas name has some history in Vilitan Sport, formerly, Toby Tzikas was a midfielder on the National Team, though he was less known than other former Vilitan Stars as he played his club football in Starblaydia. Rexii was the only Vilitan player to start every single match during qualifications for World Cup 57. His presence was strong averaging a 6.01 rating with 2 goals. Tzikas strong performances also were reflected domestically scoring 9 goals in 2 seasons with Turoki Tide before transferring to Cednia Beach for VLeague 28 season.

[ 21 ] Jomur Hulyer [ - Strike FC - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 35 :: GOALS::SR: 7 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.56 Average Rating ]
A decsendent of the exciting Marine Coast and Yeaddin midfielder Jonjo Hulyer, Jomur has been compared heavily to his ancestors and even carries the same squad number. Unlike Jonjo, however, Jomur was trained at the Yeaddin Academy. Hulyer would soon become the quickest player to ever represent all three of the original Vilitan Dynasties, signing his first professional contract with Marine Coast United before transferring to Strike for VLeague 28.

[ 74 ] Jian Lejsrma [ - Strike FC - ]
------- AM RL ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 12 :: GOALS::SR: 5 U21: REG: ) :: [ 7.51 Average Rating ]
Lejsrma is a speed demon who was trained at the Strike Academy. The most dynamic and pacey winger in the Vilitan system, he is expected to be a great player for many seasons to come. At this stage in his development, he may get overlooked as he works more on his technique and vision, but with experience, he will learn these skills. Lejsrma has been an important part of Strike FC's VLeague successes

[ 55 ] Viliaka Morasita [ - Inland Peaks FC - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 23 :: GOALS::SR: 2 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.67 Average Rating ]
Morasita was the top prospect coming out of the Tivali Academy, playing central and left midfield. His sure footed tackling ability is noted but he is a well balanced midfielder. After playing a season and a half professionally for Alikki-Corra, Morasita joined the Vilitan League with Inland Peaks FC midway through VLeague 27.

[ 70 ] Aniara Jiurjai [ - Strike FC - ]
------- M RLC ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 14 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.66 Average Rating ]
Jiurjai was trained in Turori but declared for Vilita after being called upon for World Cup 57 Qualifying. Jiurjai can play both central and outside midfield and can use both feet equally well. After declaring for Vilita, Jiurjai moved from Turori to Turoki to play with the Turoki Tide. Strong performances during VLeague 26 earned Jiurjai a transfer to Strike for VLeague 27 where the midfielder was instrumental to Strike's League and Cup double.

[ 24 ] Astara Daiili [ - Marine Coast United - ]
------- M C ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 20 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.07 Average Rating ]
Daiili is a classic central midfielder who prefers a holding role and short distribution. With Starblaydi blood and Vilitan determination, Daiili was a consistent performer during World Cup 57 Qualifiers making 19 appearances with a 6.07 average rating.

[ 28 ] Riksa Valjariia [ - Inland Peaks FC - ]
------- AM C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 5 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.45 Average Rating ]
Valjariia is an attacking midfielder who was trained at the Turoki Academy. Valjariia tends to come on the pitch to provide an attack boost, some times as a second attacking midfielder in a substitute role. Valjariia has played professionally for Inland Peaks FC.

[ 78 ] Relmar Winauat [ - Strike FC - ]
------- M RC ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Winauat was a product of the Turoki Academy who has been known to hit some quality long range shots. However, he has also been known to blast the ball over the net from 5 or 6 yards out. Winauat was part of Strike FC's VLeague 27 championship side.

[ 73 ] Manolis Kontalroma [ - Yeaddin Owls AFC - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 1 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.00 Average Rating ]
A product of the Kiiara Academy, Manolis Kontalroma can play central or on the left side in a classic midfield role. After signing professionally with Jlinal Cove FC, Kontalroma joined the Yeaddin Owls during Vleague 26.

[ 29 ] Cristoh Nrubari [ - Cednia Beach AFC (TUR) - ]
------- M LC ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 0 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ N/R ]
Nrubari was a prospect out of the Kiiara Academy who signed his first professional contract with Mliona-Lpaka in Turori. After helping Mliona-Lpaka return to the Stellar Division for VLeague 28, Nrubari was snapped up by Cednia Beach AFC.

FORWARDS:

[ 17 ] Viji-mara Lawaai [ - Strike FC - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 20 CAPS: 23 :: GOALS::SR: 7 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.46 Average Rating ]
Trained at the Strike Academy, Lawaai has excelled at shooting from long range, and making space on the edge of the penalty area with crafty turns, and may produce opportunities for free kicks if he wears down the opposition approaching the box. Lawaii made 8 substitute appearances during World Cup 57 qualifying, making his competitive debut against Krytenia, but failed to find the scoresheet.

[ 49 ] Xcnaio Bansoa [ - Arcticala Inlet - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 7 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.19 Average Rating ]
Bansoa was a training partner of Sirkii Moliaudo at the Coastal Academy, and many believed that Moliaudo's prowess in front of goal was due solely to his close partnership with Bansoa. After not being called to the line during World Cup 57 Qualifiers, Bansoa decided it was time for a change, breaking ties with Moliaudo and Marine Coast United, signing for Arcticala Inlet in the Stellar Division. Bansoa featured frequently for the Jungle Cats during the World Cup 58 Campaign, performing well, but scoring no goals, relegating him from the top selection in the subsequent Cup of Harmony held in Vilita and New Montreal States

[ 13 ] Yves Gadois [ - Strike FC - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 15 CAPS: 4 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.29 Average Rating ]
Gadois became a hot topic in Vilita after rising to glory as the spearhead for Strike FC's Vleague 27 championship, with 8 league goals and an incredibly 6 goals in the Vilitan Cup. Gadois, a product of the Inland Academy, earned an invitation to the National Team Training camp for the first time in the build up to World Cup 58.

[ 44 ] Erocka Lorei [ - Yeaddin Owls AFC - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 14 :: GOALS::SR: 8 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.45 Average Rating ]
The top attacking prospect at the Kiiara Academy, Erocka Lorei was expected to get quite a few chances to impress on the national stage during World Cup 57 Qualifying and did not dissapoint, leading the Vilitan team in goals scored with 5 in the competition despite only featuring in 11 out of 16 matches. Lorei claims to be a penalty kick specialist but has not been known for his aerial ability. Lorei signed professionally for Declasse side Liguon Valley during Season 26, but moved on to the Stellar Division during Season 27 with Makosile.

[ 43 ] Kristofer Kilpter [ - Cednia Beach AFC (TUR) - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 34 :: GOALS::SR: 7 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.27 Average Rating ]
Kilpter is joint Vilitan & Turori national, but declared to play for Vilita, with the lure of World Cup competition in Vilita's entry into World Cup 57 the key decision maker after the Turorian side was not entered. Kilpter netted 4 times during the World Cup 57 campaign but missed three matches due to an undisclosed injury. After struggling to win silverware with the Yeaddin Owls, Kilpter made the Largest Transfer in V-League history (12.7 kT) to Turorian side Cednia Beach. The transfer was more than double the 4.5kT previous transfer record in the Vilitan League, which was also payed by Cednia Beach to Yeaddin (for Antonis Siazzu).

[ 9 ] Lita Adjei [ - Hojosan (TYZ) - LOAN - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 18 CAPS: 1 :: GOALS::SR: 0 U21: REG: ) :: [ 5.00 Average Rating ]
A product of the Turoki Academy, Adjei has sport in the blood, being a descendent of former Stellar Division top Forward award winner Ippolit Adjei. Adjei moved on a loan to newly promoted Hojosan in The Yorozura after WC57 quals as part of an investment deal with the clubs kit sponsors, VIlitan based Vilaye energy drink.

[ 48 ] Actalia Mermaioada [ - Surf Jettica - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 4 :: GOALS::SR: 1 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.04 Average Rating ]
Mermaioada was a prospect of the Strike Academy, who also excels at water sports, a fact that some pundits have argued hampers his development on the pitch. While not even featuring on the bench for early World Cup 57 qualifying matches, Mermaioada finally made his competitive debut as a half-time substitute against Ipeland and would feature as a sub for three consecutive matches before the return of Kilpter to the lineup. Mermaioada looked to have broken into the lineup during the Cup of Harmony, scoring in Vilita's 5-3 opening match victory. However, the decision to attempt a cross-channel swim on the bye day in the middle of the competition put Mermaioada out of favor with the coaching staff once again.

[ 15 ] Sirkii Moliaudo [ - Marine Coast United - ]
------- F C ( AGE: 19 CAPS: 28 :: GOALS::SR: 8 U21: REG: ) :: [ 6.20 Average Rating ]
Moliaudo is a real force in front of goal, rarely missing from inside the penalty area. Many eyes were on Moliaudo during the World Cup Campaign, to see how he fared with a new partner in attack, having spent his entire development partnered with Xcnaio Bansoa at the Coastal Academy. Moliaudo mostly performed well netting 4 goals and having a strong rating, but still left some wondering if there was more talent to be mined from the Marine Coast youngster.

The Saugeais youngsters are back at it again, as they ready themselves for another Di Bradini Cup. This year's edition will be held in beautiful Civil Citizenry, situated on Rushmore's Goose Coast. But while the thought of sand and surf is tempting, it is strictly business, as manager Harrison Pinchot has made it perfectly clear to the boys. "I've wanted to instill a sense on professionalism on this trip. They can surf and play on the beach all they want when we get back to Montbenoit, but right now it's all about focusing on the trophy that has eluded us for quite some time." The Foxes have recently been offered on the foreign and domestic markets, a sign of changing times with the football community in Saugeais. Chalk that idea up to Mr. Pinchot himself. "Leaving these kids unattached just stunts their football growth. So I came up with the idea of having them placed on mostly lower league teams to garner some development before the make the jump to the Premier League and beyond. I want my team to be the most skilled out there, and having them on an organized club would help benefit them." Some of the players making the jump across national boundaries are François Rousseau and Alpha Randal, playing in Taeshan and Erikkesh, respectively.

The Foxes have been drawn into group F, which pits them against familiar foes on the U21 circuit, namely Osarius, FFSO, and Mangolana. When asked if the familiarity of these teams would be a plus, Pinchot shook his head in response. "It's not the same team every single time out. Much like myself, the other managers are changing up the rosters in order to find the best fit for the squad. The teams are totally different from when we faced them two years ago, so I when you talk about familiarity, it's in name only."

Saugeais will take on Osarius first up in group play. The match will kick off at 15:00 in 3 days time.

by Aels
Aelsh football is not currently at an advanced stage, with the Aelsh leagues not even fully professional. There is no senior national team representing the country at an international level; Aelsh footballers considered to be good enough to play internationally represent Ancharmunn, under an agreement between the two footballing authorities. However, Aels does maintain an under-17 and an under-20 team that compete at Rushmori level, and now for the first time Aels will send a team to a truly international competition.

At the recently-completed second Campeonato Rushmori Juvenil Sub-20, Aels finished fourth in its group, recording its first win, a 2–0 result, over the Branta Aboriginal Protectorates. The Football Commission of Aels has therefore suggested the same team be put forward for the 21st Di Bradini Cup.

Gareth Hywel-Jones, the Drayfill-born assistant coach of the Ancharmunn senior national team, will take charge of the boys. He is assisted by Penfro-bred Luke Jones, starting left-back for Ancharmunn in the recent World Cup qualifiers. Players are given squad numbers according to their position, with no names on jerseys. That is to say, players awarded squad numbers #1 through #11 are most likely to start; #12 through #18 most likely to be on the bench, and #19 through #23 most likely to be reserves.

A majority of the team play for clubs within the Aelsh league system, although by no means are they regular starting XI members for their clubs. Players who play for professional clubs are noted with an asterisk (the remainder are unattached or play semi-professionally). Players playing for Dinas Drefhil (a professional Aelsh club playing in Ancharmunn) are marked with a double asterisk.

The Old Guard and the Young Guns

Alexis. Van Couvenhaven. Leknei. Meitzer. The big names In the side have departed to pastures new. Some, the National side, others, the Ammant Bank Premier Division, and some will disappear altogether. They put in some quality performances. Civil Citizenry, Cafundeu, Krytenia, Starblydia, too name but only some of the teams that the Young-Dragons have defeated, often under pressure and against the odds.

But with the Old Guards departures, comes a rich new seam of young talent, drawn from academies, schools, and dingy backstreet football pitches in Eindhoven. This new crop should, if everything goes to plan, go on and play for the national side in future WCs and CoHs. They have gained this place in this side through countless hours of dedication, sweat, and training. Here's what can be looked forward to in the coming tournament for the Young-Dragons:

Goalkeeper: David Lügerren

Stepping into the oh-so important role for the side. All of Cyborg Hollands last No.1 have come through the U-21 side. But he has been tipped to do just as well. Standing at an impervious 1.96m he is a sight to behold between the sticks. Somewhat of a renegade when it comes to the game, both on and off the field. He can occasionally lose his temper and in prone to making rash decisions at key moments, but has the agility and strength to make him a world class keeper.

More to come

Usual Starting Line-up

[ 4-2-3-1 ]

Richards
Cuellar ----- Lee ----- Urbina
Nash --- Parker
Robinson ------ Negro --- Zavaglia ------- Rios
Griffin

Lee is actually a centre-forward by trade, but the 4-4-1-1 system sometimes used at Bowsston requires him to drop deep and effectively play as an attacking midfield playmaker behind Tia Lombardi. As a result, his skill-set enables him to play the central playmaker role in the Flying Sparks' five-man midfield.

by Kiryu-shi
Starting Roster:
GK
Kohei Yasumu (#1)
Age: 21
Sakaino University
Bio: Yasumu is best known on the team for his quiet demeanor, which can be variously described as soothing, calm, boring, and lackadaisical. Although difficult to tell if he ever cares enough about his team to reliably try for any shots where he has to leave his feet, he has tremendous reflexes, according to the nation’s most reliable evaluators. In collegiate play, he has yet to lose a match for the powerhouse Sakaino squad, but he has never pitched a shut-out. Some call his inclusion to the starting squad a obvious ploy for favoritism, an homage to Sakaino’s prestige, but truth be told, there is simply a severe dearth of goal-keeping talent in the country.

DF
Patrick Yu (#15)
Age: 19
Umeda University
Bio: The left center back for the starting squad, Yu has a reputation for a certain wistful tackling quality; a tendency to create the impression that he is always reaching for something that he cannot quite manage to attain. Many ascribe this reputation to his lack of willingness to dirty any part of his uniform, lending a certain otherworldly quality to his presence on the Umeda University squad. Also, he has a peculiarly large head.

Olive Ferguson (#5)
Age: 21
Aioi University
Bio: Ferguson derives tremendous pleasure from her position as the assertive center back for the national team. Her role as the captain, bolstered by her height and her willingness to intimidate other players into voting for her, comes as no surprise, as she is by far the most vocal person on the practice pitch at any given time. While she is earning dual degrees in astrophysics and late medieval pacific poetry, her goal in life is to develop an effective way to break opposing toes without being carded, a skill which has just barely eluded her thus far, as evidenced by her 14 cards in 33 matches over two seasons for Aioi.

Rebecca Hamilton (#4)
Age: 19
Sakaino University
Bio: Hamilton has not spoken a word to her national team throughout the scrimmage schedule, regularly falling asleep on the grass between drills. While her passion for the sport itself is unrivaled, her passion for winning is muted by her general apathy for competition. Hamilton views sport as a means of self-perfection, and while she is possibly the most technically skilled person in the starting eleven, her inability to materialize aggression in any form hurts her overall effectiveness as a defender. Her strength on the field comes with a refined ability to take a ball away from an opposing dribbler one on one, but basic concepts of teamwork continue to elude her.

Kenta Takenomi (#20)
Age: 18
Aioi University
Bio: Takenomi is a fine, upstanding young man with many virtues affiliated with likeminded fine, upstanding young men. He has a tendency to get degenerately inebriated multiple times a week, but always keeps up a firm mantra and appearance. He indubitably has the firmest handshake of anyone on the Kiryu-shi side, with broad shoulders and a deceptively inadequate work ethic, which he earns an adequate but not excessive amount of praise for. He shows true qualities, like hustle, grit, effort, and overall manliness, but never manages to quite shine brightly, except for when he smiles, which he does in appropriate situations. While he is generally disrespected by his teammates, his coaches love him, and he has earned a place on the starting squad through an impressive combination of looking the right part and playing hard. His style of play is actually very complementary with Olive Ferguson, as they command one of the toughest defenses in the University scene.

Charles Meer (#8)
Age:19
Kasakake University
Bio: A literary type from a more academic university, Meer provides the offensive spark from the back line, combining derogatory insults with a fleet-footed desperation. His ability to yell names at opposing players as he runs past him has endeared him to opposing fans, who often celebrate his eloquence with sharp projectiles thrown in the vicinity of his face. He strikes an imposing figure on the pitch as well, one of the tallest members of the squad, with a classically pencil-like build. He has a small, cultish swarm of followers who send images of his imposing nose around visual blogs online.

MF
Will Feingold (#2)
Age: 17
Umeda University
Bio: Feingold, who serves as the defensive midfielder for the Kiryu-shi squad, is the most reliable performer for the team. Although he’s young, and not as physically developed as some of the older players, he has the form and talent to be the grounding force in the midfield for years to come. Although his youthful exuberance sometimes manifests when he’s caught daydreaming on the pitch, Feingold is the brightest potential star on the team, and is being given an opportunity to prove himself as a part of the starting 11. Feingold’s best football quality is his speed and agility, as he can effortlessly cover ground from side to side. His cheery disposition annoys virtually everyone who spends more than ten minutes with him, as his teammates frequently are forced to do.

Bob Libby (#10)
Age: 21
Sakuragi University
Bio: Libby transcends the football pitch in a way that no one else on the team can - Libby provides what little grace that the Kiryu-shi team can muster up, elegantly moving up the sides of the pitch with a ball close to his feet. His ability to visualize and break down opponents with his footwork, one on one, creates many opportunities for his university side, yet the moment he tries to place the ball anywhere more than three yards away from him, it usually ends with calamity. Earnest and competitive, there is nothing that he would like more than to be able to make shots on goal, and yet there is virtually no skill on the pitch that he is worse at.

J.J. Erickson (#12)
Age: 21
Sakaino University
Bio: The assist leader of the nation over the past two years, Erickson shines when he is able to create opportunities for players. He is definitely not the most physically gifted player, a little short, a little pudgy, and more than a little slow, but he can dictate the pace of the match with his well timed, piercing passes. Erickson is particularly proud of his stat line, never letting anyone else take a free kick from the wings, or a corner, constantly looking for ways to pad his assist number. Although he is inordinately proud of his stature and ability, Erickson does play hard, so long as he looks good. The moment his myriad weaknesses are exposed, he tends to get moody and tackle-happy.

Lidia Barnes (#6)
Age: 19
Sakaino University
Bio: The recipient of Erickson’s relative generosity with the soccer ball, Barnes has destroyed the University league with her fine touch and intricate scoring sensibilities. The most sarcastic member of the starting eleven by a significant portion, Barnes enjoys mocking what she perceives to be the inane vapidity of the rest of her teammates, and subsequently tends to enjoy herself. With an exuberant appreciation for the finer foods in life, and an academic focus in anthropology, Barnes views international soccer as a vehicle to explore new cultures and eat new foods. On the pitch, she is not particularly fleet of foot, but is able to read defenses and patterns well enough to create goals. Her overall athleticism can create opportunities when she takes on defenders, and her understanding of tactics establishes her as one of the premier midfielders in Kiryu-shi.

FW
Samantha DeCastro (#11)
Age: 18
Amanuma University
Bio: DeCastro was one of the most contentious selections for the tournament, as she wasn’t even a starter for her University team. Relatively inexperienced compared to many of the other players, what she lacks in ball handling skill, she makes up with her otherworldly balance, flexibility, and overall athleticism. The best pure athlete on the team, and completely ambidextrous, DeCastro has a tremendous awareness of her body and has displayed a tendency to score highly unusual goals, rarely shooting the ball so much as being in the right place at the right time with the right angle. DeCastro, however, has more than enough room to grow, as she has yet to harness her extraordinary ability with soccer fundamentals. Gregarious and friendly, DeCastro doesn’t seem like the prototypical attacker, but she competes hard on the pitch, even if that means she tends to be offsides most of the time.

Formation
5-4-1

Hamilton Ferguson Yu
Takenomi Meer

Coaching Staff:
Head Coach
Marja Mayberry
Age: 51
Bio: Grand-daughter of esteemed Kiryu-shi legend Pat Mayberry, Marja Mayberry was taught the sport by her father during the country-wide ban on sports, and remains one of the only people in the entire nation with the credentials to lead anything related to football. Although she was successful in the sea-weed collection industry for decades, she was also a leading advocate for the reforms that allowed Kiryu-shi to build a football program, pressuring legislators to institute youth and university leagues throughout the country. Following her success, Mayberry has retired from her previous job to lead the national team.

Assistant Coach
Boaz Crow
Age: 45
Bio: Like Mayberry, Boaz Crow is the grandchild of a former national team member, goalkeeper Jon Crow. Although the younger Crow doesn’t have the same experience as Mayberry does, he has proven himself to be a good motivator and trainer of young players, particularly defenders. A teacher before he was hired to become the assistant coach of the national team, Crow may struggle under the scrutiny of an entire nation. However, his enthusiasm and passion for teaching makes him popular among the squad itself.

Style of Play: When watching the team play, one will immediately notice three things. The first would be passing. Wonderful one touch and multitouch passing from all sorts of ranges. The second, tying into the passing aspect of the game, is possession. A player may receive the ball and maneuver around the field for more then 15 seconds. The first two combine to form the simple philosophy of 'if they can't touch the ball, they can't score." The third thing would be skill both on and off the ball. All Erathi players, even the goalkeeper, are expected to have at least decent technical skills. This results in flashy moves and passes from all positions. Off the ball players roam around and change positions with one another, thus requiring players to be skilled in all facets of play.

Home Kit: Image
Away Kit: Image

Goalkeepers:

1- Nathaniel James Brosemer “Brosemer” (Team: Niccostrato B)
Height: 6’2’– Weight: 159lbs – Age: 16 years old
Labeled the next big thing in Erathi goalkeeping, Brosemer will have his work cut out for him in living up to that title. His reflexes are incredibly fast, it wouldn’t be a stretch to say that he had some of the fastest reflexes of all time. This helps him be nearly unbeatable in one-on-one situations. He has great handling and diving. His punts are spectacular, floating over the heads of the defense and right into the paths of his teammates. They are just too far away for the keeper to come out and collect and just too far away for defenders to easily get too. Unfortunately his goal kicks are a little lackluster but he should improve in time. He received a lot of attention from top notch clubs after he took the Academia Demichelis Varsity Team to a 22-0-0 record, conceding 0 goals and setting a new record. He was recently snapped up by the Niccostrato Youth Squad.

12- Adam Hart “Hart”(Team: Astria Yaburi)
Height: 6’3’’– Weight: 181lbs – Age: 19 years old
Long the second pick to Roberto Bennedetto in the U-21 Squad, Adam Hart thought it was finally has his chance to shine. But alas it wasn’t to be. His handling can be problematic at times, as can his kicks.

23- Brais Roi “Roi” (Team: Internazcionale Eliodoro)
Height: 6'2 – Weight: 172lbs – Age: 19 years old
Brais Roi has fast reactions, great form, and great natural talent. He always gives his best effort, throwing himself at the ball. He is not afraid to put his body on the line to stop the opposition to score by charging out and smothering the ball under himself right at the feet of an opposing player.

Defenders:

3- Wesley Hensen “Hensen” (Team: Niccostrato) –3rd Captain
Height: 173cm – Weight: 73kg – Age: 19 years old
Wesley Hensen is a great defender. He has clean; crisp passes, a good leg capable of hitting the ball downfield quite a ways, and is a fast player. He loves to play, he loves the game and it is evident. He has an exceptional marking ability, rarely ever letting his mark get away from him. He has great tackling and a wonderful ability to intercept nearly every ball that comes his way.

4- Lehen Mañel (Niccostrato B)
Height: 5'8 - Weight: 155lbs Age: 18 years
Mañel is a talented young defender who is only just starting to bring to fruition the massive amount of potential he has. He's very, very fast and agile, being fully capable of beating most forwards to a through ball. He's also quite strong, being able to shield the ball easily from the opposing team. His slide tackling is good, as is his stand tackling, but his stand out ability is his intercepting ability and his wonderful positioning.

5- Ignacio Agosti "Agos" (Matarazi)
Height: 6'5 - Weight: 168lbs - Age: 19 years old
Before this past season, no-one knew who Ignacio Agosti was. Now, after being a solid defender in the backline for Matarazi, Agos has been labeled as a future national team defender. He's a tall, imposing, and scary guy. He can win headers just fine without having to really jump, but with the addition of his staggering 27inch vertical jump, he can win just about everything. Add on the fact that he is 168lbs of pure muscle and he can win just about every ball whilst holding off anyone else challenging for the ball. He has strong and accurate headers, thus making him a massive danger on corner kicks. Oh and he's pretty quick too.

13- Oiñaz Roio "Roio" (EMI FC B)
Height: 5'11 - Weight: 150lbs - Age: 16 years old
The next in a talented line of Erathi defenders, Roio looks set to become a mainstay for the national team in the near future. And it may not be as a defender. Whilst Oiñaz is brilliant as a defender, boasting strength and great tackling, he is also very fast and good technically, being able to produce magic with the ball that one would expect to come from a midfielder rather then a defender. Similarly, he has a decent shot. Nothing near as good as a strikers but outstanding for a defender.

20- Helger Prostiga “Prostiga” (Team: EMI FC B)
Height: 5’7’’ – Weight: 160lbs – Age: 21 years old
Prostiga is a player who would prefer to take the ball from the opposition, out dribble a forward or mid, then pass it to a teammate, or better yet pass it right off the bat. He is the playmaker for the playmakers.

22- Felipe Corrazon “Corrazon” (Team: FC Mildrid)
Height: 5’9’’ – Weight: 156lbs – Age: 21 years old
Corrazon is an aerial specialist despite his short height. He has solid passes and a good leg to help move the ball upfield. He is also very accurate with his freekicks.

Midfielders:

6- Rafael DiSantos “Rafa DiSantos” (Team: Nicostrato)
Height: 5’7’’ – Weight: 143lbs – Age: 19 years old
Rafa Di Santos is a passing specialist who captains Nicostrato as a playmaking midfielder. He has better then average technical ability and wonderful first touches. He also has a very strong and accurate shot. He has won two Seria-A titles in addition to a plethora of individual awards.

8- Jose Antonio Frantzes "Pepito" (Team: Niccostrato B)
Height: 5'6 - Weight: 126lbs - Age: 16 years old
The next from the production line of wonderful youth talent that is the Niccostrato Academy, Pepito is a brilliantly talented midfielder in the mold of Julio Lanziano. Pepito is a classic regista. He is a defensive midfielder who has the playmaking talent of a playmaking midfielder. Pepito has brilliant passing off all distances, but his short passing is superb. He has wonderful vision that allows him to pick out multiple options of all distances. He is bound to be a future mainstay for the team.

10- Xavi Luiz Demichelis “Demichelis” (Team: Athens Town-Civil Citizenry)
Height: 5’10’’ – Weight: 178lbs – Age: 16 years old
Demichelis is one of the most technically gifted players under the age of 15 that can be found in the world. Twisting, turning, and slaloming his way through defenders, Demichelis is capable of taking on the entire back like of a defense, which he did several times during his time with the Academia Demichelis U-19 Varsity Team, scoring 23 goals in 22 games. In addition to his incredible technical skills, he is one of the fastest kids out there and is strong enough to usually come out on top in jostling situations. He enjoyed a few good seasons with Niccostrato B before being subject to a transfer overseas to Civil Citizenry.

11- Daiki Kaoru Ryota “Daiki” (Team: Bugny FC- Saugeais)
Height: 5’10’’ – Weight: 141lbs – Age: 21 years old
After scoring 15 goals in 30 games for Bugny FC in his first year and claiming a bronze boot and league title, Daiki turned many heads for his wonderful pace, technical ability, and finishing power. He received three U-21 friendly call-ups, scoring twice, before being called up for a senior team friendly in which he scored. This past season, he helped lead Bugny to a 4th place finish, scoring 23 goals in 30 games to claim another bronze boot.

14- Kimo Aberri “Aberri” (Team: AF Mildrid)
Height: 6'2'' - Weight: 160lbs - Age: 20 years old
Kimo is a great defensive midfielder who has a wonderful future ahead of him. He is exceptionally fast and incredibly strong for his age. He has not been blessed with footskills though, but he doesn’t have the need for them anyways. He has great short passing and good long passing. These allow him to be the general in the midfield when he plays.

17- Anthony Rojas “Anthony Rojas” (Team: Arcticala Inlet-Vilita)
Height: 5’7’’ – Weight: 146lbs – Age: 21
Anthony Rojas is a technically gifted midfielder who can blow by the opposition with his high speed, maneuver his way around them with his brilliant footskills, or just take a powerful and accurate long range shot on goal.

18- Ramontigo Galoslon "Romario" (Team: FC Mildrid Reserves)
Height: 6' - Weight: 145lbs - Age: 16 years old
Romario is a delightfully talented attacking midfielder who current works his trade with FC Mildrid's Reserve team, although he has made a few appearances for the senior side during the past season. He is incredibly technically gifted, as well as possessing great speed, power, and shooting abilities. Additionally, he has a brilliant freekick, being able to hit wonderfully powerful knuckleballs on target from a distance. It's a combination of these factors that brings people to compare Romario to Alexio Del Nieran. Big shoes to try and fill.

21- Kaiet Lapuri "Kai" (Team: Niccostrato Youth Academy)
Height: 5'10 - Weight: 130lbs - Age: 15 years old
Another wonderful player who has had the privilege of going through Niccostrato's world class youth academy, Kai is a player who plays on either side of the midfield, either as a left or right midfielder. He has better then average technical ability and is quite quick, which leads to him creating problems for the fullback marking him. He has mastered the body feint move, being able to through off even the best defenders with a feint to the left or right. Good shooting and passing abilities.

9- Pedro Hernandez "Pedro"(Team: Eliodoro City)
Height: 5'7 - Weight: 147lbs - Age: 20 years old
Pedro Hernandez is a wonderfully talented footballer who is talented in every aspect of the game. He's fast, he has outstanding reflexes, he's a brilliant dribbler. And he can score. In fact he's scored 46 times in 62 games for Eliodoro City, where he's won the Silver Boot and the King's Cup, as well as placing for several other awards.

7- Gillispie Soradra ‘Soradra’ (Team: Niccostrato B)
Height: 5'7'' – Weight: 139lbs – Age: 16 years old
Gillispie Soradra has been a champion for all of his life. U-14, U-13, U-12 champion, the list goes on and on. Top scorer in most of the tournaments. He is incredibly skilled and will be a huge player in the future. He is outstandingly fast, has incredible technical skills, a rocket shot, he is the complete package. He is comfortable in any attacking role, striker, supporting striker, either wing, and attacking midfielder.

2- Mickie Pichowski ‘Pichowski’ (Team: Niccostrato B)----Captain
Height: 5'4'' – Weight: 124lbs – Age: 16 years old
The first Erathi female international ever is definitely deserving of the acclaim. She’s faster then the majority of opposing players regardless of sex, she’s strong enough to hold her own with the big boys, she’s incredibly technically skilled, and she inspires everyone around her to aim for the stars. She, at the tender young age of 13, captained the Academia Demichelis Girls U-19 Varsity to the national high school championship tournament of Erathore, where they destroyed the competition. Pichowski scored 44 goals in 22 games for the team during their 22-0-0 season. She's been a mainstay at Niccostrato B, where she's captained the squad through several promotions.

15- Egoitz Mazuste "Mazuzu" (Team: Eliodoro City)
Height: 5'7 - Weight: 151lbs - Age: 20 years old
Whilst he got off to an explosive start to his season with Eliodoro City and seemed to be a shoe in for a starting position in this DBC. However, Mazuzu finished the year with only five goals in thirty showings for the team. Whilst his experience and talent was enough to get him on the squad, his poor season held him back from a starting position. Whilst he's fast and technically skilled, finishing was the big problem for him. He never really missed horribly, it's just that most of his shots hit the bar. Which doesn't help anyone really.

16- Sisxela Zecnas "Zeca" (Team: Charzzan)
Height: 5'6 - Weight: 142lbs - Age: 19 years old
Yet another in a very long line of young Erathi talent, Sesxela Zecnas is bubbling with talent. Zecnas main advantages over the opposing forwards are his speed and agility. Capable of changing direction in a fraction of a second whilst running at breakneck speeds, Zecnas resembles a pinball on the field, bouncing from one area to the other. It’s hard enough to mark a forward. One that changes directions quickly and haphazardly is exceptionally hard to deal with. Throw on above average technical skills and you have a deadly combination. The only real disadvantage to Sisxela is that he doesn’t have powerful shots. However he makes up for this by being able to hit the ball extremely accurately, with the vast majority of his shots going into the top corners.
