Procedural Notes
- Some entries were submitted by TG
- I added Licentiapacisterra and Apox even though I failed to find any explicit desire to partake, because I'm pretty sure they want to and being all strict is just not my way.
- I'm very uncreative with procedural notes (how do you even spell procedural?) and most of the time they fail to have more than four items.
- With the exception of Shadowbourne, who submitted just two teams, all third and fourth placed teams (if you submitted your teams by TG without specifying, just the last two to be named) will have to undergo a play-off to qualify for the real deal.
