Please note:
a) I'm already part of a region, so I sent two puppets to Alliance of Grittonia.
b) With school coming up, an utter lack of experience, and no knowledge of a possible scorinator (is NSFootySim generally used with modifiers? I'm not sure), I think WBC 13 is a bit too soon for me to host something like this.
