So, while I'm unlikely to have daily Net access beginning this Friday (access is likely only on certain weekends), I'd like to get this test done before then. Thus, I'm now accepting signups for the Tyoduura Classic, organised by the ALT Cycling Programme — a cycling tour jointly-organised by my three nations.
If the test goes well and this is successful, I might open up the Tour of Ad’ihan (likely to come in late December or the new year) to general signups.

Signups are open to professional teams based in other countries as well as national teams, and will close at precisely 1200 UTC on Wednesday, with the race scorinated at 1500 UTC.
If you're keen, please sign up six or less riders. Currently the spreadsheet takes 40 riders but I'm going to expand it to take about 200. Remember: this is a test event designed to test my scorinator. As such, I'm choosing the teams (and will cap the number of teams).
Bear in mind as this is ICly an event on the earlier-mentioned tour, there will be 16 ALT teams each entering four riders for a total of 64.
If you're keen to enter, I need the following:
Team name/National team name and attributes (see below)
Rider names (six or less) and attributes (see below)
Attributes: Flat, Climbs, Sprints
There are two sets: one overall for the team, and one for each individual rider.
TEAM attributes: maximum in any category is 5, minimum is 0.1; sum of all three must not exceed 10
RIDER attributes: maximum in any category is 4, minimum is 0.1; sum of all three should not exceed 8
The team's attributes will be added to each individual rider's attributes for scorination.
Signups will close at the prescribed time regardless of the number of signups. If we have not enough, the 16 ALT teams will simply enter six riders each instead of four.
If you have any questions, please ask.
EXAMPLE SIGNUP
National team name: Liventia National Team (LEN)
Team attributes: Flat 3, Climbs 4, Sprints 3
Riders:
Jimmy Gilchrist (Flat 3, Climbs 4, Sprints 1)
Jérôme Alexandre (Flat 4, Climbs 0.1, Sprints 3.9)
In this situation, Gilchrist's final attributes would be flat: 6, climbs: 8, sprints: 4 and Alexandre's would be flat: 7, climbs: 4.1, sprints 6.9.
