We have just one candidate that has received at least two nominations (they have four), and several who have one nomination. So, perhaps if you have not nominated someone and want to, your nomination will be that second one for them.

Here is a list of the Hall of Fame, updated for post-WBC 43. Here is a breakdown of which nations received points for WBC 43:

Newmanistan receives six points for winning the championship.
Free Republics receives four points for finishing as runners up.
Schiltzberg receives two points for finishing third.
Abanhfleft receives one point for finishing fourth.
Cassadaigua receives three points for hosting.
Newmanistan receives two points for completing a presidential term.

I don't think Saintland and Free Republics should be counted as the same nation for HoF purposes given the current constitution since there is no IC succession whatsoever and since I may actually enter Saintland in the WBC again, possibly as soon as next cycle.

First, note that Drawkland is working on the ranks and has told me he should have them posted within a few days.
Next, in regards to the Hall of Fame, there are no new nations reaching eligibility requirements for this cycle. But we do have two votes:

Thank you Newmanistan for a wonderful presidential term, and congratulations Cassadaigua on your nominations! Thank you to whoever nominated me. I also wanted to mention something that I forgot in my previous post. No one is eligible for the Hall of Fame this time around, but Ethane has participated in nine WBCs, and they will be eligible after WBC 44 if they participate.

Why does everyone hate me

I don't know exactly who voted against you or why, but if I had to hazard a guess, I would guess it's related to RP quality and the issues that you have had in other threads, such as undeclared puppets or suspicions that you don't use a scorinator when you say you're using one.

I'm a little surprised that the vote on North Prarie was as close as it is, so maybe there's a few people that just have high standards. I mean, I suspect that North Prarie is less than half my age, but he seems like a good kid.

Don't take it personally. People probably voted against you because you are still pretty new to the tournament and haven't proven yourself as a competitor yet, like how some of the others who were up for vote had. Don't be discouraged by this, just continue to participate, and people will learn more about your nation and be more likely to vote you in next time.

This. Had I been eligible, I most likely would have abstained for that very reason. As it was, I waited a few Classics upon my return (12-26 I was here previously) to even put my name up for re-inclusion, just to re-acclimate myself.

I THINK it took at least two attempts way back in the day to get in the first time. Patience, padawan. It will come with time.

I believe it should be about time to reopen signups for the WBC in the next couple of weeks.

In a couple weeks it will be! Want to start it after World Cup qualifying, which would also run it near RL playoff time.
