So, the first column is obviously the number rank. It's just the list organized 1-<number of nations>. Next is the names, and then your actual numerical ranking, which is used to order the list of course, and will be the base "skill" for every nation in the scorinator for next WBC. This is all you really need to know as a regular participant, as this is all that affects you.
The next 6 columns are the Wins-Total Games numbers for the past 3 editions. This is used to calculate ranking. I don't remember the exact formula the WBC uses, but it's probably a variation of Wins/TG. The three numbers after are simply (Wins/TG)×(Multiplier) which is different based on the edition (obviously you want the most recent edition to count more than the one 2 times ago). These 3 numbers added together is what gives you the number listed next to your name.
As a new nation, you've only been in one edition, and thus you only have one number. Once you participate in multiple editions, you'll build up a rank more and more, and obviously, playing and winning more games will make sure that your rank gets better as you continue to participate (and will help you win more in future editions).
If you have any questions, feel free to ask

One small correction to make, but Darmen was voted into the HoF post WBC 39.

See kids, this is why you should RP in the thread. So you can win more games and lose less.
Can't for my return in WBC 41!
