We finally made the finals. Hoo boy, it's been a long time. My condolences to Schiltzberg; you were probably more deserving in terms of effort. Congrats to West Phoenicia for making a big jump, but falling just short. Ethane, I'm looking forward to a great finals series.

Absolutely. I don't want it overshadowing the main event, after all.

Does 3PPO stand for "3rd place playoff" or something else? I knew that it meant the third place series, but I've only seen that acronym in NS Sports.

Lion Brewing Company should try doing bourbon barrel alr. It's certainly a unique one to add to the repertoire.

They should stock SCHILTZ MALT LAGER, the Schiltzbergian competitor to a certain American brewing company.

Out 3PPO is settled. Will the championship follow tomorrow, or can the Lions pull a brave 3-1 comeback?

The Cubs and that Lebron guy did it, so why not Nova Anglicana? I'm glad I got third. Congrats to West Phoencia on a great season, but comissorations on the series loss.

True. Speaking of Frenline's reference to hall of fames in the cutoff, I coincidentally was updating the Hall of Fame just now. There will be no one eligible for vote this time around, because though Ethane would be at 10 in the case that they win, they don't have 10+ seasons, so they are ineligible for a vote. Regardless of who wins, Nova Anglicana will be over 20 points, though this is not as meaningful, since they have already been voted in. Frenline Delpha now has 13 points after hosting this season, though they still are ineligible to be voted in and will be until after the WBC 42 season. Schiltzberg is pushed up from 28 to 30 with a third place finish.

Honestly though, would your nation be happy that I won after losing out to you last edition, or pissed because the nation they had beaten in the last finals last edition won in their own country?

Most will be mad that they lost to nova, a team we have generally done well against, but they love good baseball, so they'd be able to appreciate the skill on show during the finals. And some will be happy that the team that beat them lost, so there's that.
