I noticed that in the list of participating nations, West Saintland is listed as a puppet of Free Republics, but I'm pretty sure in the past it has been the other way around. User behind Saintland, maybe you could weigh in here.

At signup, he posted it as West Saintland being the puppet, though I can change it if he wants.

Group draw will probably be up within the next two hours.

That was intentional. I'm going to continue to enter West Saintland while their ranks remain respectable but the Free Republics will receive the bulk of my RP effort going forward. I haven't had any new RP ideas for Saintland in a long time (other than splitting the country in two), so I'm planning to gradually phase the nation out unless that changes.

The Group Draw was then randomly conducted putting one team per pot in each of the eight groups. The eight groups are named after legendary Newmanistanian baseball players. Once the groups were drawn, their order within the group was then randomized so that on a "1 v 2" day, it isn't always Pot 1 vs Pot 2 in each group.
