Some potential match ups that would be interesting in the QF:

Schiltzberg vs. Cassadaigua or Schiltzberg vs. Darmen
Frenline Delpha vs. Newmanistan or Frenline Delpha vs. Zwangzug
Super-Llamaland vs. Nova Anglicana

I will be leaving for vacation on the 22nd, which, according to the schedule, would be the last day of quarterfinals. Ideally, my team will still be in it at that point, in which case I may not be able to RP much for the remainder of the season, but I'll try my best.

Wow, we officially have our first upset with Tenburg over Frenline Delpha. Congratulations to all who advanced tonight, commiserations to those eliminated and good luck to those that will play a game five.

I have an idea for an RP, I want to parody The Irish Brigade: Kinky Boots and make the song about Meghan’s Mission instead of the UK army.

Would It be ok to do that?

I'm not seeing a no so I'm going to go ahead and do that

It's always good to have a first timer having a lot of fun with the tournament. I remember I was the same way, and I have the honor of being the only one to win a tournament in the first attempt. You are up against Newmanistan in the quarterfinals though, and they are the best team in the history of the World Baseball Classic, so it will be tough for you, but good luck.

This series has potential to be a barn burner. I'd really love an epic pitcher battle between Quinlan and Duvall.

I compiled a file of all of my head-to-head records, and apparently I have either a neutral or a winning record against every team I've ever played, except Super-Llamaland and Nova Anglicana. Here is the file if anyone wants to view it or use it as a template. I think this will be a good reference for me when I'm making future RPs.

Congrats Herp, that was a nice achievement.

There's been some upsets, but all teams left are very deserving, should be fun!
PS, Knock off Super-Llamaland for us while you're at it.

Thank you!

I will try my best, but I'm just happy to move on to the quarter finals. But hey, If I can move past that, then that would be even more awesome.

I must say, I am glad I lost. I didn't have the motivation to RP this time, so it's good to see someone more worthy moving on this time.
I don't know how long I'll be back, but I just thought I'd stop in and say hi, at least.

I absolutely agree with this. You 100% earned. If I had advanced, I would have felt bad about making it to the quarterfinals on rank alone. Sorry, everyone. My RL circumstances have really prevented me from being active lately. Congrats to all who advanced and good luck in the quarters!
