The 63-82 in the the first row and second column of the grid means that Valanari Highlanders lost the game against BC CSKA Tiraspol, 63-82. If you refer to the third row, first column (78-75), that means that the Mugenishima Islanders won 78-75 to the Valanari Highlanders.
In layman terms, If you locate the scores/results (eg. a-b) in the row x, column y, that would mean "the team listed in position x scored a against the team listed in position y which scored b".
