Any preferences for TMOs/Referees? If not, I will pull some neutrals from the RUWC 25 match officials thread.
I'd also like the Goats to have matches with Alice Bay, Lisander and TKC, so if we could get those together with a 3rd party scorinator I'd appreciate it. Perhaps it could all be grouped together as some travelling friendly tournament?

Alice Bay 6–3 The Kiaser Colonies @ The Kiaser Colonies home pitch
Officiating (Taken from the NSRB sanctioned RUWC 25 pool)
Name: Carlito MacConnell
National Union: Darmeni Rugby Union (Western Border RFU - Darmen)
Role: TMO
Extra Information: 47 years old, color blind, speaks English.
Name: Matej Djanić
National Union: MattijanaRugbiBand (MRB - Mattijana)
Role: Referee/ touch judge
Extra Information:
Widely regarded as the best referee in Mattijana with experience dating back 15 years, Djanić is an excellent man-manager, often using firm but witty tactics to explain who's boss. Any extensive arguing often brings a comment about football and a card. Mild scuffles are generally allowed to run their course unless something particularly untoward occurs, in which case the TMO and cards may be summoned, a stance that has earned him some criticism from those who say that petty scuffles should be stamped out of the game.
Despite this, his knowledge and application of the rules is almost always exceptional and his wit has made him a much-loved figure among Mattijanan rugby fans. He can speak appropriate levels of Mattijanan, English and German.
Name: Yevgeni Kolyanov
National union: Elejamian Rugby Federation (ERF - Elejamie)
Role: Referee/Touch Judge
Extra Information: Yevgeni Kolyanov has roughly twenty years of experience under his belt, making his big break in the 1997 ERC semi-final game between the Alvis Rams and the Murgon Bullfrogs at the age of 20. He knows the laws of rugby like the back of his hands and, although he takes his job and rugby very seriously, he's not afraid to make a joke every now and then or address the players as "my friend/s". The only downside is that he tends to be a little bit iffy with off-sides, only calling it 75% of the time.
Name: Giuseppi Reinvaughn
National union: Alpen Valley Rugby Union (Neu Engollon)
Role: Referee/Touch judge
Extra information: A solid Sir that has a lot of respect from the players and fellow referees equally. Reinvaughn is a big fan of scrums to settle most every instance they can be utilized. He has an eagle eye for watching the spacing on lineout tunnels and eight men that scoop the ball out too early from scrums. Speaks Frandit, English, German and Italian.

CRUX WINS AGAINST LISANDER BARBARIANS AND THE KIASER COLONIES!

The Crux made two excellent internationals. The first, against the "Unofficial" Lisander Barbarians in Cape Navarre, last Saturday. Even without the players from Newport Rugby Union, who refused to send athletes to play against a "fake Barbarians team", the team still stood bravely and won against the striped visitors, 20-6, with an excellent performance of Ferdinand Faron. The reserve Fly-Half had 100% of accuracy, scoring half of the team points.
The second game of the week was against the young team of The Kiaser Colonies. The RWC 18 champions are currently restructuring their national rugby and hosted the Crux in Highroyds Stadium. In a hard-fought game, the dedication of the Crux put to test the incipient new generation of TKC, and the Imperan Rugby make its first victory against an NSRB former champion. By the Penalty Kicks of Skylar Cohen, Alice Bay won the match, 6-3.Cape Navarre Rugby Union reaching 100 years!

Would be interesting, Darmen. May I suggest Barbarians in June 9, Alice Bay in June 16 and Lisander in June 23?

No you won't. You can. Maybe. Don't take it too lightly. Why would I accept Northwest Kalactin as part of my tour? What is said about Kalactanian Rugby? A championship who was disbanded once because you did not accept our criticism? A National Team with a rank of 0.80 with just one RP in last World Cup? I heavily value Roleplaying, and I will never engage in a friendly match of any sport if I don't have enough information of my opponents (I wouldn't have how to write about it, so the game would be useless). If and only if you are prepared to present us Kalactanian Rugby in a decent way in your RPs, I may consider a visit of Barbarians to NK, in June 16 or 23.Darmen wrote:The Darmeni Rugby Union would like to propose a three match tour of Lisander and Alice Bay. FIRST. You should keep working in the teams that appeared in the last edition of Kalactanian Premiership. The four teams in bold seem to be the best of them.
Gold Coast Storm
Harbour City RC
Toureres Gunners
Gold Coast RC
Coffs Harbour Hawks
Armidale Kings
Grafton Lions
Kempsey Cowboys
Scranton Island Islanders
North Kempsey Pumas
SECOND. Evolving the league also means evolving the players, bringing international players and sending players abroad. You have Carlos Mitchell and Matthew Hall about to start playing in AVBF Championship. Use them as central figures in your nation rugby. I do the same with some featured players, like Kevin Armada, Eleazar Castell and Andreas Linzmeyer. I made an offer for Thomas Clark. Loren Rugby Kasandora needs a Scrum-Half.
THIRD. A second tier could be added with the eight teams from the previous championship:
Malor County
Ballina
Yamba
Lismore (I like this one, reminds me of Lisander)
Purple Town
Bingara
Kyater
North Coffs
FOURTH. Get a scorinator. If for some reason, any reason, you can't use xkoranate, feel free to grab a copy of Starderian Rugby Scorinator. This is a shabby scorinator for rugby I started based on Starblaydian Quidditch one. It may glitch occasionally (sometimes the numbers of conversions surpasses the number of tries), but is a decent choice if you work carefully.

RESPECT is one of the core values of Rugby.
If you don't want to have fun with the wonderful sport rugby is, my tenure as NationStates Rugby Board Vice-President and as the Acting President will finish after the Rugby Sevens World Cup, that should come soon, after Watson's Bay Sevens. I won't retake that position unless that no one is interested in taking it.
You're, of course, free to participate in any game you desire on this forum, provided you find an opponent team. Lisander wouldn't be a nice choice since the ranking difference is clear, so I politely refuse. Would be a disastrous result.
Yet, I urge you to keep rugby in mind. I suggest you study a little about this wonderful sport. The concept, the values, the rules. It can do wonders to your roleplays. And with that in mind, you could even participate in next edition of Champions Trophy.
You may think I'm trying to mock you, but believe me, I'm not. I have a genuine interest in rugby, and I really would like to have more nations involved. But in better terms. Not being exposed to absurd results.
Based on what I have read of Kalactanian Rugby, these are my suggestions for your improvement.FIRST. You should keep working in the teams that appeared in the last edition of Kalactanian Premiership. The four teams in bold seem to be the best of them.

If you can, free of any tantrums, really work for rugby in your nation, we can still have a match between Northwestern Kalactin and Barbarians on June 23rd.
