Mangolana, a nation who is constantly growing nation, and most of whom are sport freaks, has recently taken a hietus from hosting tournaments, due to the two civil wars that took place. With North Mangolana breaking away from Mangolana, which was followed by the island state of Rebel Slaves, which was under our control, declared independance, and consequently fought a war with us to win there freedom. But now, as Mangolana tries to raise there national and World integrity, they have decided the best way to do so, is to host a world wide tournament and show other nations the good side of this country.

Format: With 36 sign-ups this givse us 4 groups of 9 teams with each with each team playing one another once. The four top teams in each group will advance. From there, the teams will be re-seeded from 1-16 based on record and all tiebreakers. The #1 seed will play the #16 seed and so on. Teams will then be re-seeded again following the Round of 16 from 1-8 by way of previous seeding.(EX: If your #3 and the #2 loses, you will now be #2). From there the winner of the 1-8 game will play the winner of the 4-5 game, while the winner of the 2-7 game will play the winner of the 3-6 game in the Semi-Finals. The winners of the Semi-Final games will play in the Championship game, while the Semi-final losers will play in the Third Place game.
Scorinator: I will use XKorinate Futsal scorinator for this tournament. I feel that due to the new version with the Footballer 11 formula, it will suceed in it's job of producing results that reflect the nations ranking, and that nations quality of RP.
RP Bonus: RP bonuses will be graded on respect for opponents' RP permissions, overall quality, spelling, (won't be too picky), and effort (generally, the longer the better). A score between one (1) and four (4) will be assigned (four being the best) for one's RP. If an enterent does not RP, no bonus will be granted. RP's will degrade by 50% a day, so to offer more incentive to RP consistently
