Professional Football League
This is not a tournament, but a league with a season, repeat This is not a tournament, but a league with a season.
Scornator: NSFS.

Games will be scoronated every two days, starting on Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday, RP bonuses per-day;
Rping game stats = 1 pt.
Rping newspaper clipping = 1.5pts, per game day.
Total Rp points for reg season 40.5
Season games: 16.
RP bonus will be added before games are scoronated t, where it says rank what ever Rp bonuses you've gathered up during the season that number will be put their, so by game 10 you've gathered 14 pts, your rank would be for that game 14 and the team you're going against has never rped but only once and has 3 pts, their rank would be 3 I've tested it very well and works accordingly. I tested it that way had one test with some one who rped all the time and had 30 pts (rank 30) and one who never rped and two in between the results were in the favor of course of that who had rped all the time. The idea for a pro-league was thought from Chruchma's NFCF.
The league pending the amount of interest will be dived into two Conferences, each would have divisions consisting of four or five teams. This is not national teams but individual domestic teams, each nation can send up to a max of 2 teams. The amount of games that would be played will be 16 taking five weeks to finish the regular season. Playoff format:
Winners of each division automatically go to the playoffs, while the next top two will go as wild cards;
Tiebreakers:
If two or more teams have the same record the only tie breaker will be which team has scored more points than their opponent:
Teams A-D has a Record of 11- 5, but team A and has scored 16 more points than their opponents, they'll be the wildcards.
Playoff seeding #3 vs #5, #4 vs #6. #1 and 2 have a bye.

Wolfmanne wrote:Say we have two teams, Team A and Team B and four players wanting to be drafted, Play1, Play2, Play3 and Play4.
Now, Team B has the first pick for each Round and Team A has the second (there are two, since there are two teams only). So, here is the draft order:Round 1
Team B
Team A
Round 2
Team B
Team A
Then, each team publishes their preference list:
Team APlay1
Play3
Play2
Play4
Team BPlay3
Play1
Play2
Play4
Now Team B has the first pick; because Play3 is on top of their preference list and they have the first pick each round, they automatically get Play3. Then it's Team A's pick, who gets Play1.
The second round then begins and it's Team B's pick; Play1 was their second preference pick, however he's already been drafted by Team A. That means his next pick, Play2, is drafted instead. It's Team A's pick now; Play3 was drafted by Team B and their third choice Play2 was drafted by Team B, who pick each round before them. Therefore they get their next choice, which is Play4.
Here are the overall draftsRound 1

This system eliminates timezone problems and allows us to host a successful draft. Of course an organiser, or even multiple ones, has to be chosen to organise the draft picks, to run the draft smoothly.
Now, here's a schedule for a Draft thread:
1. Pick allotment stage - Teams post their current roster. They RP about who they wish to draft and about their players who are about to be drafted. RPing plays an important role during this, since it will hope determine what position for the picks htey get.
2. Pick allotment cutoff - All Pre-Draft RPs and trades are closed. The host then decides on the draft allotment. This is based primarily on the grading of the RPs, wth quantity and quality for each post being added up to sort out a system. Optionally a lottery can be used along side it to allot places or as a tiebreaker. After the PFL's first season, picks can be allotted based upon finish in the league; for example Championship Bowl winners get the last pick.
3. Trading stage - Teams can trade their picks now. This can be done in several ways, such as IC payments or even by selling players. Team may continue to RP about their players.
4. Trading stage cutoff - Trading stage ends. Teams may not trade anymore.
5. Draft stage - teams publish their preference list. Optionally team may RP about their players.
6. Draft stage cutoff - the official draft is announced by the host.
7. Post-draft stage - teams RP about their new players and now have control over them for the PFL. They decide whether to send to a feeder league or put them in their main team, etc. Teams don't have to do this and this can take place during the normal Rosters/RP thread.
