The annoucement is that this race will be delayed till Mid-July.

Reasons:

IC - The New Palmouth Cycling Association have had to change it race plans, and have 3 plans to decide on.
OOC: I would prefer another cycling event to go ahead before me. I promise this event will go ahead this year, but I'll need to learn first sorry.

EDIT: I would prefer this race to be part of a cycling championship thing!
