Since we seem to be migration NS sports over from the Jolt forum, I figured I may as well get basketball stuff over here for when we eventually resume this thing.

Scorination so far has been done with my Python scorinator, which is under massive construction to get it to a point where it can be easily used to generate leagues and tournaments. As of this posting, games have to be entered manually, which makes it a pain for anything larger than a simple tournament. You can snag the current version from my signature. Questions and bugs should also be sent to me, as I'm the goon who wrote this nonsense.

Here are the rankings at the conclusion of IBC IV won by Newmanistan. Like the World Cup and World Bowl rankings, it's a weighted sum based on winning percentage in the various rounds of the three most recent tournaments. Like the World Cup, different weights are applied to the qualifying stage, Best of the Rest consolation tournament, and final tournament.

Rankings are given with raw score and normalized to a 100 point scale. Teams that have dropped to zero points have been omitted.
