I agree with that. It's the rare person who's creative enough (or has no life enough, *winks at AIF*) to RP extensively with a puppet.

I don't know what threshold we should have to make enough numbers for a Baptism of Iron to be what we want it to be. Perhaps 20? There are certainly ways we can jiggle reduced numbers to make for a workable Baptism of Iron.

Speaking of puppets, can we get two more thrown down to get the World Bowl up to 45? That's a nice round number to work with.

I don't know about that, some sporty girls have been winning everything lately ^_^ Orange-and-Blue makes 44 and I'll throw in Weanhall to get 45. An Everything Thread will go up later today.

They were already entered by virtue of their BoI signup.

It probably has something to do with RPs not guaranteeing victory, randomness playing a big factor... you should just read the long discussion currently going on in the World Cup Discussion Thread so we don't duplicate it here.

I was about to say...if GL wins this, I'm going to be pissed; that's not the point of puppets. They're to even out the numbers, not swipe chances from the people who actually RP.

If they are entered, they have a chance to win. You know that. That's the way things go. Dont be pissed, be happy they did well. Awesome offense, thats for sure.

I actually meant because I havn't RP'd with GL since I posted the roster. It seems colossally unfair, really.

It would also be sad that the first time I ever won something would be with a puppet. ;P

Just want to mention that Dancougar's term as World Bowl Committee President does expire at the end of this World Bowl. So we should probably start thinking about who we'd nominate to serve as the next President, whether its for Dancougar to be re-elected or for someone else.

Think about the numbers in terms that we can relate to. Remove eight zeros from the numbers and pretend it is the household budget for the fictitious Jones family:
-Total annual income for the Jones family: $21,700
-Amount of money the Jones family spent: $38,200
-Amount of new debt added to the credit card: $16,500
-Outstanding balance on the credit card: $142,710

-Amount cut from the budget: $385
