Ok, this might just me sounding like a newb, but what is "wrong" with group 7? Just out of curiosity(and if it is an IC thing, it might help my RP).

Look closely at who's in it. The world #1 and the hosts are in the same group, and it generally doesn't look like a low-quality group IMO.

The "wrong" bit is also a sneaky reference to what Karditan and I base our nations at least partially on. Look up that line on YouTube and all will be revealed.

Actually, ES, the joke is that me and Allamunnic have been in the same WB group for (now) 4 straight WBs

(I organized the pots into groups in xkoranate and used the randomizer to mix up the orders within the pots, then made the groups by taking one from a pot at a time--the very first thing I checked was the relative positions of me and Allamunnic, and of course we had both been randomized to the seventh spot in our pots >.<)

Edit: Also, this seems to happen all the time. I did pretty much the same thing when I hosted the Third International Chess Championships, and was drawn against Tyrece Harrison from Vettrera, who I had played in the group stages of ICC1 and ICC2.

Well, this should be interesting. I RP'ed to an 0-6 campaign in the BoI, so I guess my personal expectations are going to be really low in this group.

Yeah, this sort of thing is fairly common. Qazox and I's (now somewhat one-sided) rivalry grew out of us playing each other four times in my first three World Bowls, and then that one where I played against him four times in one go. Sometimes it just seems like people get drawn into groups with certain other players a lot. Dunno why. I'm sure there's a mechanical reason to the probabilities or some such, but I don't know what it is.

I only have bad luck in Football (soccer version) not any other sport, as I'm the only one in NSSports to have won the US Sports Grand Slam (American football, Baseball, Ice Hockey and Basketball).. so I got that going for me.
