Why are the 2 best records from the 2nd group stage (Allamunnic States 4-0 +59PD and myself 4-0 +51PD) drawn into the same half of the bracket?? AMS should be the #1 seed and myself the #2 seed and we should be set up to met in the finals not the semifinals. UNLESS you have us drawn based upon combined 1st and 2nd group stage records?

and no this has nothing to do with trying to avoid facing the Allamunnic States for as long as possible.

I never actually specified that I was going to have the teams reseeded after Pool play, so following suit from almost all RL tournaments, I made it so that the qualifiers from the same group would never have to play again until the final, to avoid rematches early. This is based on the finals of the Rugby World Cup, which organises their knockout stage in such a way.

I know, it's sort of unreal. You'd think Margaret would have gotten spiteful and made me lose a match in spectacular fashion by now...man, it's gonna suck when all the bad luck I've been escaping catches back up. 0-10 season, on the horizon.

I tend to prefer the team that wins the title get "the last word," so to speak.
