AFC Tranzversa take a well deserved 1st spot in the Swartaz A league at the first fifth stage, and are currently the only unbeaten team so far, looking good to reatin their championship. Sopensentrall, last season a mid table team, are up in 3rd after pulling off several well crafted wins. However, the biggest shock thus far is newly promoted Kalvar FC currently sitting in a lofty 5th place, way way above anything expected or predicted.

At the other end of the table, Volerander FC, historically a top 4 team, are currently sitting 13th, and lucky not to be lower as their big players have played horribly badly after a new manager has taken the helm. Mauntenbörg have also performed well below expectation, and are just hovering above the relegation zone. The other newly promoted team, Gaduz FC, are in the relegation zone, and Storvansten sharks, in their second season, currently prop up the table.

Matchday 29

AFC Tranzversa 9-3 Undersmenkial
Jaarguzmuz FC 3-0 IFK Göteborg
Mauntenbörg 0-1 Sopensentrall
Jasmuur Eagles 1-1 Bravia Motors
Jasmuur Ospreys 0-2 Volerander FC
Storvansten Sharks 0-2 Vaastrada FC
Gaduz FC 1-2 Gregenstral
Kalvar FC 1-2 Grouberschwelli FC
Kimini United 2-1 Muamo FC

An emphatic 9-3 win by AFC Tranzversa, with Kulverintian captain Janni Milverki netting 6 times, saw last seasons champions maintaining real pressure on moneybags Bravia Motors at the top for that Swartaz A league trophy and coveted TQCC spot. The other Milverki, Xixi, kept Bravia Motors ticking their points total over with the equalising goal against Jasmuur Eagles. No real shock results to speak of.

Matchday 30

IFK Göteborg 0-1 AFC Tranzversa
Sopensentrall 2-2 Undersmenkial
Bravia Motors 3-0 Jaarguzmuz FC
Volerander FC 4-1 Mauntenbörg
Vaastrada FC 1-1 Jasmuur Eagles
Gregenstral 0-0 Jasmuur Ospreys
Grouberschwelli FC 1-3 Storvansten Sharks
Muamo FC 0-0 Gaduz FC
Kimini United 0-0 Kalvar FC

Storvansten Sharks scored a very rare 3 goals to continue to prevent themselves from dropping into the relagation zone coming towards the end of their second season, arguably the hardest season for a promoted team. At the top end of the table, Swartaz international striker Benidikt Klum bagged a hat trick as Volerander crushed Mauntenbörg 4-1, and Bravia Motors won 3-0 to keep themselves firmly in first place.

Matchday 31

AFC Tranzversa 8-1 Sopensentrall
IFK Göteborg 1-1 Bravia Motors
Undersmenkial 1-2 Volerander FC
Jaarguzmuz FC 1-1 Vaastrada FC
Mauntenbörg 0-4 Gregenstral
Jasmuur Eagles 4-0 Grouberschwelli FC
Jasmuur Ospreys 1-0 Muamo FC
Storvansten Sharks 1-1 Kimini United
Gaduz FC 0-0 Kalvar FC

The most exiting game of the this gameweek involved AFC Tranzversa pulling off another attacking masterclass, bulldozing past a lackluster Sopensentrall defence to win 8-1, with Janni Milverki adding another 5 goals to his personal tally. Gregenstral and Jasmuur Eagles both pulled off impressive 4-0 wins.

Matchday 32

Bravia Motors 1-1 AFC Tranzversa
Volerander FC 1-1 Sopensentrall
Vaastrada FC 1-1 IFK Göteborg
Gregenstral 0-4 Undersmenkial
Grouberschwelli FC 1-0 Jaarguzmuz FC
Muamo FC 2-1 Mauntenbörg
Kimini United 3-1 Jasmuur Eagles
Kalvar FC 0-0 Jasmuur Ospreys
Gaduz FC 1-2 Storvansten Sharks

The two heavyweights of Swartazian domestic football this season, Bravia Motors and AFC Tranzversa, clashed in a top of the table battle in Der Sörrn, and shared the spoils in a ill tempered affair, with the Milverki twins netting for their respective clubs.

Matchday 33

AFC Tranzversa 2-3 Volerander FC
Bravia Motors 3-1 Vaastrada FC
Sopensentrall 3-2 Gregenstral
IFK Göteborg 3-1 Grouberschwelli FC
Undersmenkial 2-1 Muamo FC
Jaarguzmuz FC 0-2 Kimini United
Mauntenbörg 0-1 Kalvar FC
Jasmuur Eagles 3-0 Gaduz FC
Jasmuur Ospreys 2-0 Storvansten Sharks

Volerander gave AFC Tranzversa a blow on Matchday 33 that they will struggle to overcome on the last matchday with the visitors winning 3-2 in a highly enthralling encounter. Bravia Motors on the other hand beat struggling Vaastrada FC 3-1 to virtually assure the A league title.

Matchday 33

Vaastrada FC 2-4 AFC Tranzversa
Gregenstral 1-3 Volerander FC
Grouberschwelli FC 0-1 Bravia Motors
Muamo FC 1-1 Sopensentrall
Kimini United 1-0 IFK Göteborg
Kalvar FC 1-3 Undersmenkial
Gaduz FC 0-3 Jaarguzmuz FC
Storvansten Sharks 1-1 Mauntenbörg
Jasmuur Ospreys 1-1 Jasmuur Eagles

All Bravia had to do was gain a point, and they did, registering a 1-0 win against mid table Grouberschwelli FC. But the main talking point of the last matchday was the historically violent and bloody Jasmuur derby. There hasn't been a Jasmuur derby in 7 years that wasn't called off early, and that number has risen to 8 as the ref blew with well over 10 minutes to go as fans from both teams had similtaniously broken the barrier seperating them and had spilled onto the pitch, with the score tied at 1-1. The casualty rate seems to have dropped slightly, the there are again over several hundred deaths directly linked with them match.

Part 1 of 2

Past Winners:
Season 1: Vaastrada FC
Season 2: Vaastrada FC
Season 3: Vaastrada FC
Season 4: IFK Göteborg
Season 5: Volerander FC
Season 6: AFC Tranzversa
Season 7: AFC Tranzversa
Season 8: Bravia Motors

Bolded player indicates an international, italics indicate foreign player.

AFC Tranzversa
Key Player(s): Sxer, J. Milverki, Miniana
Nicknames: 'The Borderers'.
Stadium: Union Stadium, Tranzversa (Capacity 80,000).
Sponsor(s): Beta + (Mobile Phone company).
Manager: Theis Kanadoulocus.(Hemas)
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: They finished second last season, however, with the sale of yet more of their big names, they could see themselves struggling to retain their status as Globe Cup entrants this year. However if the Sxer and Milverki attacking partnership continues to work wonders in goalscoring terms, an, albeit weakened, push for their 3rd ever Swartaz A League title.
Rivalries: No rivals in the A league.
Trophies Won: 3x Swartaz A league, 1x Swartaz Super Cup
Fans: Being one of the two clubs in this league that were formed less than ten years ago, their fans are expectedly not the most loyal in the league, nor do they make the most noise at games. Opposing fans often accuse them of being glory hunters, and for the most part they would be correct. However, they can make a lot of noise at home when winning well, but do not really follow their team around well.

Bravia Motors:
Key Player(s): X. Milverki, Reindorf
Nicknames: ''The Billionaires', 'The Drivers'
Stadium: The Bravia Arena, Der Sörrn (Capacity 55,000).
Sponsor(s): Bravia (Automobile, Clothing and Leisure)
Manager: Mikael Sandersson
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: Bravia won their first ever Swartaz A league trophy last season after a magnificent end of season run climaxing in them rising above the formerly untouchable AFC Tranzversa into first place, and into a TQCC place. Everyone knows that their billionaire owner isn't afraid to splash the cash, and he proved it once again in the summer, spending a hefty amount on snapping up the latest piece of Mytannar hot property, full back Sebastian Reindorf. He is arguably the last piece of the puzzle for this side, and it should be enough for them to cruise to a second successive Swartaz A League title.
Rivalries: None in the A league.
Trophies Won: 1x Swartaz A league.
Fans: Being the other recently founded team in the A league, the fanbase is made up of defectors or glory hunters who jumped on board 3 years ago when they stromed into the A league with abundant riches. They still cant their team on well, but again not teh most passionate of fans.

Göteborg United
Key Players: Wersal, Kaldersson
Nicknames: 'The Islanders'
Stadium: Yörenj Road. (Capacity 39,500)
Sponsor(s): LR Air (Airline)
Manager: Wilhelm Zabner
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: They have come up from the B league after an unbeaten season and certainly know how to play attacking football, with goals seeming to fly in in their favour every game. The Wersal-Kaldersson partnership worked wonders in the B league, but neither of the young strikers have ever been tested at this level. They should be able to sty up with a bit of luck.
Rivalries: IFK Göteborg.
Trophies Won: 2x Swartaz B League champions
Fans: They have one of the most vocal and passionate sets of fans in the country, and the amount of noise generated from the Yörenj road stadium usually far surpasses the amount generated from the crowd of their more illustrious neighbours IFK Göteborg. The Göteborg United fans are also extremely good at creating an increadibly hostile enviorment for opposing fans.

Gregenstral
Key Players: Anders, Blausson
Nicknames: 'The farmers'
Stadium: Zhenik Park (Capacity 12,000).
Sponsor(s): Cougar (Energy Drinks)
Manager: Vilmer Norberg
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: Gregenstral finished 12th last season, their lowest ever finish in the Swartaz A League since coming up in season 3. Without any sort of purchases in the off season, their slide down the table looks set to carry on and they could soon find themselves battling relegation.
Rivalries: Sopensentrall (Eastern border rivalry)
Trophies Won: 1x Swartaz B League, 1x Swartaz Super Cup
Fans: The fans of Gregenstral are some of the most loyal in the league, one's you know will still be chanting even if their team are four or five goals down. Despite their fierce loyalty, they can sometimes get on the players back after a string of dissapointing preformances.

Grouberschwelli FC
Key Players:A.Brita
Nicknames: 'The Wonderkids'
Stadium: Sunderspall Lane (Capacity 20,000).
Sponsor(s): Sky (Airline).
Manager: Johan Nilsson.
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: Grouberschwelli again just survived relagation from the A League thanks in most part to Andreas Brita, younger brother of illustrious striker Konstantin Brita. His goalscoring ability time and again saved them in relagation six pointers last season, but if he picks up an injury, they are likely to crash and burn. We think they'll continue to just aviod relagation.
Rivalries: None.
Trophies Won: None
Fans: They have a small but vey loyal and devotive fan base, mainly living in the area immediatly around the ground, it being based in a small town. They adore the Dasra brothers, and chants about Konstantin Brita can still be heard at Sunderspall Lane stadium to this day. They expect the team to aviod relagation, but wouldn't be suprised to see their team slip out of the A League.

IFKGöteborg
Key Players: Gassent
Nicknames: 'Der Capital'
Stadium: Svennonsvaparingssön (Capacity 100,000)
Sponsor(s): Topps (Stationary Providers)
Manager: Vaarger Heimelsson
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: They're traditionally a mid table team and they finished around that region last season, stringing together a fairly decent run on the way. Thye could possibly be in contention to push for a Globe Cup spot, but it seems unlikely at this point.
Rivalries: Göteborg United (Capital Derby).
Trophies Won: 1x Swartaz A League, 3x Swartaz Super Cup
Fans: With a stadium that seats 100,000 people, they can sometimes struggle to sell out all their tickets, and the empty seats can somewhat effect the atmosphere generated during a match day. However, the fans that do turn up to games put in a good effort in supporting their team, and attempt to create a good atmosphere. It also allows a good deal of away fans to get tickets for games and make the journey, with 15,000+ away fans usually turning up at the Svennonsvaparingssön stadium. The fans expect the club to begin rising up the table again soon, given their highly successful past.

Jaarguzmuz FC
Key Players: Adolph Kannesbourg
Nicknames: 'The Red Hot Rapids'
Stadium: Pörten Lane (Capacity, 24,000).
Sponsor(s): Gekar (Food)
Manager: Tomasz Dönner
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: Jaarguzmuz continued their season on season rise steadily up the Swartaz A League table with a solid season with new manager Tomasz Dönner at the helm. His style of fast counter attacking football labelled the team with the nickname 'The Red Hot Rapids' during the season. With newly called up to the international scene centre midfielder Adolph Kannesbourg leading them well on the pitch and a bright young squad, they look ready to make great strides next season.
Rivalries: Jion Grouber Sports Club (Coastal Derby).
Trophies Won: 1x Swartaz Super Cup
Fans: They have slightly impatient fans who are quick on the teams back when they are struggling, but they are very passionate when they are winning or are on a good run of form. They expect their team to be competing for Globe Cup places, but know that may be one or two years off from now.

Jasmuur Eagles
Key Players: Teemu Hansen, Mater
Nicknames: 'Mad Murdering Maniacs', 'Flying Killers'
Stadium: East Kalö Park (Capacity, 50,000).
Sponsor(s): Varta (Lager).
Manager: Karl Bartaztung
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: A top half finish was a just reward for a season in which the Eagles began to start really palying some exiting football at times, coupled with their ever present aggresiveness and hardness in the challenges and their fans have always responded positively towards that.
Rivalries: Jasmuur Ospreys (East vs West Jasmuur rivalry)
Trophies Won: None
Fans: They are without doubt the most passionate and loudest fans in the whole of Swartaz, and they also top the hooliganism charts with their trademark rowdiness and aggresiveness towards other fans. Hundreds of Jasmuur Osprey fans are reportedly killed each year at the hand of violent Eagles fans, and many fans take pride in that fact. However, steps are being made to ericate this element of the matchday, but these two fans hate each other with a passion.

Jasmuur Ospreys
Key Players: Almersson
Nicknames: 'The Jasmuurites'
Stadium: Madiö Arena (Capacity, 38,000).
Sponsor(s): Fergaa (Clothes).
Manager: Kimi Malmstrom
Last Season, Objectives and Last Season: Historically the team has always been under the shadow of their arch nemesises, the Jasmuur Eagles, but they always do decently in the league standings and generally can hold their own against fellow mid table teams. They are expected to finsih mid table, and are more likely to slip down the standings than head towards the Globe Cup spots.
Rivalries: Jasmuur Eagles (West vs East rivalry)
Trophies Won: N/A
Fans: All of their fans live in almost constant fear of victimisation and violence at the hands of Jasmuur Eagle fans. However, at every other game, they are quite vocal and generally well behaved and generally much more liked as a whole set of fans then that of their rivals.

Part Two to come soon.

MATCHDAY 1
AFC Tranzversa 2-0 Grouberschwelli FC
Bravia Motors 1-3 Kalvar FC
Vaastrada FC 2-0 Göteborg United
Volerander FC 2-1 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Kimini United 4-4 Storvansten Sharks
IFK Göteborg 0-1 Jasmuur Ospreys
Jaarguzmuz FC 2-3 Jasmuur Eagles
Mauntenbörg FC 1-0 Gregenstrall
Undersmenkial 1-1 Sopensentrall

The first day saw defending champions and off season big spenders Bravia Motors succumb to a 3-1 loss at home to cash strapped Kalvar FC, who have pulled off probably the shock of the season already, Markus Vielhelm scoring a brilliant hat trick. Elsewhere, the main source of entertainment came from a 4-4 draw in Kimini as a mixture of atrocious weather conditions and awful defending lead to 8 goals split equally between the teams. Neither newly promoted teams had a very good start to life back in the A Lig, losing 2-0 and 2-1 respectively.

MATCHDAY 2
Kalvar FC 5-1 AFC Tranzversa
Göteborg United 2-0 Grouberschwelli FC
Jion Grouber Sports Club 1-4 Bravia Motors
Storvansten Sharks 0-0 Vaastrada FC
Jasmuur Ospreys 2-0 Volerander FC
Jasmuur Eagles 2-3 Kimini United
Gregenstrall 0-1 IFK Göteborg
Sopensentrall 1-2 Jaarguzmuz FC
Undersmenkial 1-0 Mauntenbörg FC

Kalvar FC again stole the show battering 5 goals past a shocked AFC Tranzversa team, Markus Vielhelm stealing his second hat trick in as many gamed to go comfortably top of the top scorers ranking on 6 goals. With Janni Milverki picking up an injury early in the game, it is not looking like life is about to get any easier for the Tranzversians. Bravia put their embarrising first day loss behind them and hit 4 past JGSP, with memories of their horrifically bad Season 7 showing in the A Lig flooding back with no points currently being to their name. However, the other newly promoted team Göteborg United showed they are not in the A Lig just to make up the numbers this season, beating Grouberschwelli FC 2-0 in a confident display of attacking football.

MATCHDAY 3
AFC Tranzversa 3-1 Göteborg United
Kalvar FC 1-0 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Grouberschwelli FC 1-1 Storvansten Sharks
Bravia Motors 8-1 Jasmuur Ospreys
Vaastrada FC 1-1 Jasmuur Eagles
Volerander FC 2-0 Gregenstrall
Kimini United 1-1 Sopensentrall
IFK Göteborg 2-0 Undersmenkial
Jaarguzmuz FC 1-4 Mauntenbörg FC

Bravia Motors showed that their financial clout has been put to good use in the transfer market, with their star-studded squad smashing 8 goals past an out of their depth Jasmuur Ospreys side, who may as well not have even turned up. The star of the show was undoubtedly Kulverintian international striker Xixi Milverki, who netted 5 times in an extraordinary show of goalscoring prowess. Elsewhere, the usual heavyweights all managed to secure much needed 3 points at home. the pick being AFC Tranzversa showing that they dont need Janni Milverki to score 3 goals against newly promoted Göteborg United.

MATCHDAY 4
Jion Grouber Sports Club 1-2 AFC Tranzversa
Storvansten Sharks 3-3 Göteborg United
Jasmuur Ospreys 2-0 Kalvar FC
Jasmuur Eagles 2-2 Grouberschwelli FC
Gregenstrall 0-1 Bravia Motors
Sopensentrall 2-3 Vaastrada FC
Undersmenkial 2-0 Volerander FC
Mauntenbörg FC 1-0 Kimini United
Jaarguzmuz FC 1-1 IFK Göteborg

The pick of the action on Matchday 4 was in Storvansten, as the '3rd' Storvansten team, the Storvansten Sharks, entertaining Göteborg United and treating the fans to a 6 goal all attacking thriller between two teams that still have a lot to prove to the football watching public.

MATCHDAY 5
AFC Tranzversa 6-0 Storvansten Sharks
Jion Grouber Sports Club 2-2 Jasmuur Ospreys
Göteborg United 1-4 Jasmuur Eagles
Kalvar FC 1-1 Gregenstrall
Grouberschwelli FC 1-1 Sopensentrall
Bravia Motors 2-0 Undersmenkial
Vaastrada FC 1-1 Mauntenbörg FC
Volerander FC 1-1 Jaarguzmuz FC
Kimini United 1-0 IFK Göteborg

Another brilliant attacking high scoring match in the A Lig, courtesy of AFC Tranzversa, with returning Kulverintian international striker Janni Milverki netting 4 times, showing that his little niggling injuries aren't affecting his goalscoring ability, which is very good for AFC Tranzversa to know.

MATCHDAY 6
Jasmuur Ospreys 2-1 AFC Tranzversa
Jasmuur Eagles 6-0 Storvansten Sharks
Gregenstrall 0-2 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Sopensentrall 1-3 Göteborg United
Undersmenkial 1-2 Kalvar FC
Mauntenbörg FC 3-0 Grouberschwelli FC
Jaarguzmuz FC 0-1 Bravia Motors
IFK Göteborg 0-6 Vaastrada FC
Kimini United 2-1 Volerander FC

Matchday 6 saw not 1 but 2 6-0 wins, Jasmuur Eagles smashing Storvansten Sharks off their perch in a brilliant blitz style offensive on the Sharks goal that was pulled off so well by the Swartaz national team during the most recent World Cup. Vaastrada also showed that their high scoring days of the past are not completely a thing of the past, as they also hit 6 past an increasingly worsening IFK Göteborg team.

MATCHDAY 7
AFC Tranzversa 3-0 Jasmuur Eagles
Jasmuur Ospreys 0-1 Gregenstrall
Storvansten Sharks 1-3 Sopensentrall
Jion Grouber Sports Club 0-1 Undersmenkial
Göteborg United 0-0 Mauntenbörg FC
Kalvar FC 2-1 Jaarguzmuz FC
Grouberschwelli FC 2-0 IFK Göteborg
Bravia Motors 3-0 Kimini United
Vaastrada FC 2-0 Volerander FC

A fairly average Matchday, without many shocks, with they exception of struggling Gregenstrall managing to add to their solitary point, beating Jasmuur Ospreys 1-0 in Jasmuur to lift the from the foot of the table.

A Lig Matchday's 8-14

Matchday 8
Gregenstrall 2-4 AFC Tranzversa
Sopensentrall 3-1 Jasmuur Eagles
Undersmenkial 2-1 Jasmuur Ospreys
Mauntenbörg FC 6-1 Storvansten Sharks
Jaarguzmuz FC 0-1 Jion Grouber Sports Club
IFK Göteborg 1-1 Göteborg United
Kimini United 0-3 Kalvar FC
Volerander FC 2-0 Grouberschwelli FC
Vaastrada FC 1-1 Bravia Motors

Another matchday, another 6-1 as Mauntenbörg hit 6 past Storvansten Sharks in the evening snow to send the home fans into delirium as they recorded their biggest ever A Lig win, also taking them even closer to a GC spot. Elsewhere, Kalvar continued their trademark amazing early season winning streak with a 3-0 win at Kimini United. Teemu Hansen, Polar-Islandstates international midfielder, registered his first A Lig goal helping AFC Tranzversa take Gregenstrall aprt with 4 great goals.

Matchday 9
AFC Tranzversa 3-3 Sopensentrall
Gregenstrall 1-0 Undersmenkial
Jasmuur Eagles 0-3 Mauntenbörg FC
Jasmuur Ospreys 0-2 Jaarguzmuz FC
Storvansten Sharks 0-0 IFK Göteborg
Jion Grouber Sports Club 0-4 Kimini United
Göteborg United 1-1 Volerander FC
Kalvar FC 2-1 Vaastrada FC
Grouberschwelli FC 0-0 Bravia Motors

Kalvar pulled another giant killing out of the bag while hosting Vaastrada in the early kick-off to go top by 2 points as Bravia again stumbled to an uncharacteristic draw, this time against relegation threatened Grouberschwelli FC. AFC Tranzversa and Sopensentrall also put on a great attacking game at the Union stadium, resulting in a 3-3 draw, with neither team deserving to lose.

Matchday 10
Undersmenkial 0-5 AFC Tranzversa
Mauntenbörg FC 3-7 Sopensentrall
Jaarguzmuz FC 1-2 Gregenstrall
IFK Göteborg 0-4 Jasmuur Eagles
Kimini United 2-0 Jasmuur Ospreys
Volerander FC 1-2 Storvansten Sharks
Vaastrada FC 2-1 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Bravia Motors 3-0 Göteborg United
Grouberschwelli FC 0-1 Kalvar FC

There was 9 games and no draws in an action; and goal packed matchday 10. The pick of the matches without a doubt was the 10 goal thriller in the mountains, as Sopensentrall ran out 7-3 winners against a bewildered Mauntenbörg. Sebastian Reindorf, the Mytannar wing back, netted his first ever A Lig goal as Bravia got back to winning ways with a 3-0 win against a Göteborg United team that is starting to feel the pressure of the A Lig. AFC Tranzversa also hit 5 without reply against a Undersmenkial team who's defence just fell apart early on and couldn't deal with man of the match Janni Milverki, who netted his second hat-trick of the season.

Matchday 11
AFC Tranzversa 4-1 Mauntenbörg FC
Undersmenkial 2-1 Jaarguzmuz FC
Sopensentrall 0-1 IFK Göteborg
Gregenstrall 0-2 Kimini United
Jasmuur Eagles 0-0 Volerander FC
Jasmuur Ospreys 1-1 Vaastrada FC
Storvansten Sharks 0-1 Bravia Motors
Jion Grouber Sports Club 1-2 Grouberschwelli FC
Göteborg United 0-2 Kalvar FC

Janni Milverki scored another hat-trick and bagged another DanjikCom man of the match award as he effortlessly strolled through the Mauntenbörg defence to effectively win the game by himself. Elsewhere it was a fairly average matchday, the only suprise being IFK Göteborg beating Sopensentrall 1-0 away.

Matchday 12
Jaarguzmuz FC 3-1 AFC Tranzversa
IFK Göteborg 3-0 Mauntenbörg FC
Kimini United 3-3 Undersmenkial
Volerander FC 0-0 Sopensentrall
Vaastrada FC 2-2 Gregenstrall
Bravia Motors 0-0 Jasmuur Eagles
Grouberschwelli FC 1-0 Jasmuur Ospreys
Kalvar FC 1-1 Storvansten Sharks
Göteborg United 1-1 Jion Grouber Sports Club

A worrying lack of uneven scorelines came out of matchday 12 as for the most part the teams playing each other seemed to be very well matched up for a draw to occour. The pick of the games has to be struggling Jaarguzmuz running out 3-1 victors at AFC Tranzversa.

Matchday 13
AFC Tranzversa 0-0 IFK Göteborg
Jaarguzmuz FC 0-0 Kimini United
Mauntenbörg FC 2-1 Volerander FC
Undersmenkial 0-1 Vaastrada FC
Sopensentrall 1-1 Bravia Motors
Gregenstrall 1-1 Grouberschwelli FC
Jasmuur Eagles 1-1 Kalvar FC
Jasmuur Ospreys 3-1 Göteborg United
Storvansten Sharks 3-2 Jion Grouber Sports Club

Another pretty boring matchday with not many talking points, with the exception of Yvgne Sxer's broken leg during the 0-0 draw between AFC Tranzversa and IFK Göteborg, as he was clean through on goal, caused by a malicious Vilmar Göentan tackle just before half time as tensions reached a head. The bad break could leave him unable to appear in World Cup 56.

Matchday 14
Kimini United 1-2 AFC Tranzversa
Volerander FC 1-0 IFK Göteborg
Vaastrada FC 4-2 Jaarguzmuz FC
Bravia Motors 2-1 Mauntenbörg FC
Grouberschwelli FC 0-1 Undersmenkial
Kalvar FC 2-3 Sopensentrall
Göteborg United 0-1 Gregenstrall
Jion Grouber Sports Club 0-0 Jasmuur Eagles
Storvansten Sharks 2-2 Jasmuur Ospreys

A 45 yard Carlos Nilo goal that will probably end up winning the goal of the season award and dragged Volerander out of their dreadful losing run as of late. Elsewhere, most, if not all the other matches in the league went as expected, despite the horrendous conditions in the East of the country during matchtime.

Swartaz A Lig Standings (After 14 games)

A Lig Matchday's 15-21

Matchday 15
AFC Tranzversa 1-1 Volerander FC
Kimini United 2-1 Vaastrada FC
IFK Göteborg 1-1 Bravia Motors
Jaarguzmuz FC 2-0 Grouberschwelli FC
Mauntenbörg FC 0-4 Kalvar FC
Undersmenkial 0-3 Göteborg United
Sopensentrall 3-4 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Gregenstrall 1-1 Storvansten Sharks
Jasmuur Eagles 0-2 Jasmuur Ospreys

Two of the fiercest local rivalries in the A Lig were on the same day this matchday as the cities of Stovansten and Jasmuur ground to a halt to watch the rivales do battle on, and off, the pitch. Vaastrada vs Volerander is always a fiery encounter, but is nowhere near the scale of the clash between the Jasmuur side's. It's East vs West, poor vs rich, crime ridden vs well mannered (apart from during the rivalry game). The divide runs right through the heart of Jasmuurian society, and many deaths have resulted from it over the years. However, Jasmuur Ospreys made the fatal mistake of going to East Kalö Park and winning 2-0, with the match being called off on 69 minutes after the referee had a glass bottle smashed over his head by a Eagles fan after awarding the second goal, courtesy of Johan Almersson, who was also targeted by missles from the crowd. Fortunately, police reports indicate that this match resulted in the least amount of casualties in this fixture in over 15 years. Elsewhere, Kalvar FC went top of the A Lig for the first team in their history after Volerander held AFC Tranzversa to a 1-1 draw, and they destroyed Mauntenbörg 4-0 away in the mountains. And for the first time this season, both newly promted clubs won matches during the same matchday.

Matchday 16
Vaastrada FC 0-0 AFC Tranzversa
Bravia Motors 2-1 Volerander FC
Grouberschwelli FC 1-2 Kimini United
Kalvar FC 2-0 IFK Göteborg
Göteborg United 2-2 Jaarguzmuz FC
Jion Grouber Sports Club 1-2 Mauntenbörg FC
Storvansten Sharks 0-1 Undersmenkial
Jasmuur Ospreys 1-1 Sopensentrall
Jasmuur Eagles 1-2 Gregenstrall

Kalvar extended their lead at the top of the A Lig as AFC Tranzversa again failed to collect all 3 points again a team from Storvansten, this time Vaastrda holding them out for a 0-0 draw. Bravia Motors bumped Volerander into further submission after comfortably winning 2-1 at the Bravia Arena.

Matchday 17
AFC Tranzversa 1-2 Bravia Motors
Vaastrada FC 1-1 Grouberschwelli FC
Volerander FC 1-1 Kalvar FC
Kimini United 4-0 Göteborg United
IFK Göteborg 1-0 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Jaarguzmuz FC 2-1 Storvansten Sharks
Mauntenbörg FC 1-1 Jasmuur Ospreys
Undersmenkial 1-2 Jasmuur Eagles
Sopensentrall 1-2 Gregenstrall

Bravia Motors managed to answer a few of their critics by narrowly defeating AFC Tranzversa in the so called 'top two showdown' despite Kalvar still occupying top spot in the A Lig, a lead that was not affected by them drawing to Volerander as AFC Tranzversa lost as previously mentioned. Volerander boss Johan Jamessön has been told he will face the sack if his team fail to beat JGSC in matchday 18.

Matchday 18
Grouberschwelli FC 0-1 AFC Tranzversa
Kalvar FC 0-0 Bravia Motors
Göteborg United 1-6 Vaastrada FC
Jion Grouber Sports Club 0-0 Volerander FC
Storvansten Sharks 1-1 Kimini United
Jasmuur Ospreys 0-2 IFK Göteborg
Jasmuur Eagles 0-4 Jaarguzmuz FC
Gregenstrall 0-0 Mauntenbörg FC
Sopensentrall 2-2 Undersmenkial

Well, as promised, Johan Jamessön was sacked all of 5 minutes after Volerander were held to a goal-less draw in Der Sörrn. The clubs chairman, Vaarger Ioasönn, announced that current youth team manager Papas Kannadoulopos of Hemas will be the teams caretaker manager for the remainder of the season. In terms of other results, Volerander's local rivals Vaastrada cruised to an easy 6-1 win away to Göteborg United, and Kalvar drew 0-0 with reigning champs Bravia Motors.

Matchday 19
AFC Tranzversa 2-1 Kalvar FC
Grouberschwelli FC 0-1 Göteborg United
Bravia Motors 0-3 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Vaastrada FC 0-1 Storvansten Sharks
Volerander FC 1-1 Jasmuur Ospreys
Kimini United 0-4 Jasmuur Eagles
IFK Göteborg 1-0 Gregenstrall
Jaarguzmuz FC 0-3 Sopensentrall
Mauntenbörg FC 6-2 Undersmenkial

A day of relative giant killing's in the A Lig, with JGSC beating Bravia Motors 3-0 in an extremely strange match, Storvansten Sharks beating Vaastrada 1-0, who should have had all the confidence after that 6-1 drubbing they issued to Göteborg United in the last matchday, and Jasmmur Eagles putting 4 past Kimini, all the winning teams the visiting one's. New Volerander manager Papas Kannadoulopos managed to guide Volerander to a 1-1 home draw against Jasmuur Ospreys.

Matchday 20
Göteborg United 1-1 AFC Tranzversa
Jion Grouber Sports Club 0-2 Kalvar FC
Storvansten Sharks 0-0 Grouberschwelli FC
Jasmuur Ospreys 0-1 Bravia Motors
Jasmuur Eagles 3-6 Vaastrada FC
Gregenstrall 1-1 Volerander FC
Sopensentrall 4-2 Kimini United
Undersmenkial 0-0 IFK Göteborg
Mauntenbörg FC 0-0 Jaarguzmuz FC

East Kalö Park was the scene of probably the most enthralling A Lig match of this season so far as Jasmuur Eagles fell to a 6-3 defeat at the hands of Vaastrada and on form Unitopilos striker Niall Hunt, who netted 4 brilliant goals to push Vaastrada to a win past a dangerous looking resurgent Jasmuur Eagles side. Elsewhere, Kimini United received 3 red cards during a fiery encounter with Sopensentrall, and Kalvar beat JGSC 2-0 to remain top for a another week.

Matchday 21
AFC Tranzversa 7-0 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Göteborg United 1-1 Storvansten Sharks
Kalvar FC 1-0 Jasmuur Ospreys
Grouberschwelli FC 3-0 Jasmuur Eagles
Bravia Motors 2-0 Gregenstrall
Vaastrada FC 2-0 Sopensentrall
Volerander FC 0-1 Undersmenkial
Kimini United 2-1 Mauntenbörg FC
IFK Göteborg 3-4 Jaarguzmuz FC

A high scoring gameweek, including a 7-0 and a 4-3, as defences around the country all seemed to be in shambles. Indeed, ask JGSC 'keeper Josef Tomasz, who had almost no protection at all from 20+ on target shots hit at him from an ambitious AFC Tranzversa team armed with their goal machine Janni Milverki, who added another hat-trick to his season haul to push him even further in front of the goalscoring ranks.

Swartaz A Lig Matchday's 22-28

Matchday 22

Storvansten Sharks 0-1 AFC Tranzversa
Jasmuur Ospreys 3-0 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Jasmuur Eagles 4-0 Göteborg United
Gregenstrall 1-1 Kalvar FC

Undersmenkial 1-3 Bravia Motors
Mauntenbörg FC 1-2 Vaastrada FC
Jaarguzmuz FC 1-1 Volerander FC
IFK Göteborg 1-1 Kimini United

It was a good day in Jasmuur as 7 goals were scored by the home teams playing in the city withour reply from either of there respective opponents, both of the newly promoted teams. Papas Kannadoulopos was forced to continue to wait for his first win as Volerander manager, as they drew 1-1 away at Jaarguzmuz, and Kalvar suffered a rare slip up, drawing 1-1 away at Grengenstrall.

Matchday 23

AFC Tranzversa 0-2 Jasmuur Ospreys
Storvansten Sharks 2-6 Jasmuur Eagles
Jion Grouber Sports Club 0-0 Gregenstrall
Göteborg United 2-4 Sopensentrall
Kalvar FC 2-1 Undersmenkial
Grouberschwelli FC 3-0 Mauntenbörg FC
Bravia Motors 1-3 Jaarguzmuz FC
Vaastrada FC 2-1 IFK Göteborg
Volerander FC 3-1 Kimini United

Papas Kannadoulopos finally steered Volerander to their first win under his reign, watching them throughourly outplay Kimini United in a solid 3-1 win in heatwave hit Storvansten. Elsewhere, Bravia Motors title chances were dealt a huge blow as they succumbed to a 3-1 home defeat to Jaarguzmuz, and Kalvar managed to get back to 1st place as they beat Undersmenkial at home and AFC Tranzversa failed to beat Jasmuur Ospreys at the Union stadium.

Matchday 24

Jasmuur Eagles 0-1 AFC Tranzversa
Gregenstrall 0-1 Jasmuur Ospreys
Sopensentrall 5-2 Storvansten Sharks
Undersmenkial 3-2 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Mauntenbörg FC 4-0 Göteborg United
Jaarguzmuz FC 0-0 Kalvar FC
IFK Göteborg 1-1 Grouberschwelli FC
Kimini United 0-1 Bravia Motors
Volerander FC 1-1 Vaastrada FC

The second South Storvansten rivalry of the season, contested between Volerander and Vaastrada, ended 1-1 after a lively 90 minutes in which two legs were broken and 3 red cards brandished as the passion of the players really showed through on the pitch. Elsewhere, Sopensentrall put on one of their rare but spectacular good attacking performances as they beat the Sharks 5-2 at home, Mauntenbörg hit 4 past a meek Göteborg United team, and Bravia Motors managed to pck themselfs up from their embarrasing loss to Jaarguzmuz last week to beat Kimini United 1-0.

Matchday 25

AFC Tranzversa 3-0 Gregenstrall
Jasmuur Eagles 0-1 Sopensentrall
Jasmuur Ospreys 1-0 Undersmenkial
Storvansten Sharks 0-4 Mauntenbörg FC
Jion Grouber Sports Club 0-1 Jaarguzmuz FC
Göteborg United 0-0 IFK Göteborg
Kalvar FC 2-1 Kimini United
Grouberschwelli FC 0-1 Volerander FC
Bravia Motors 7-0 Vaastrada FC

The Göteborg rivalry should have been top story on Matchday 25, but a ridiculous 7-0 Bravia Motors win against top of the table rivals Vaastrada stole the limelight away from the capital. Bravia's foreign legion were out in full force, Xixi Milverki of Kulverint netting a hat-trick and Seb Reindorf of Mytannion firing in two thunderbolts from 30+ yards out. Mauntenbörg won 4-0 for the second successive game, this time beating similary low quality opposition in the form of Storvansten Sharks. The Göteborg rivalry finished 0-0 after a dull 90 minutes.

Matchday 26
Sopensentrall 1-1 AFC Tranzversa
Undersmenkial 0-1 Gregenstrall
Mauntenbörg FC 6-3 Jasmuur Eagles
Jaarguzmuz FC 1-0 Jasmuur Ospreys
IFK Göteborg 7-2 Storvansten Sharks
Kimini United 3-0 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Volerander FC 1-1 Göteborg United
Vaastrada FC 1-1 Kalvar FC
Bravia Motors 1-1 Grouberschwelli FC

Mauntenbörg continued their uncharacteristic but devestating goalscoring form, this time putting 6 past the Eagles, and IFK Göteborg jumped on the bandwagon and smashed 7 effortless goals past a Sharks defence that had gone to the dogs under the intense pressure casued by IFK Göteborg's blitz attacking tactics. All the so called 'Big 4' drew mainly to opposition of much worse quality.

Matchday 27
AFC Tranzversa 2-1 Undersmenkial
Sopensentrall 6-2 Mauntenbörg FC
Gregenstrall 1-0 Jaarguzmuz FC
Jasmuur Eagles 0-1 IFK Göteborg
Jasmuur Ospreys 2-2 Kimini United
Storvansten Sharks 0-7 Volerander FC
Jion Grouber Sports Club 3-1 Vaastrada FC
Göteborg United 1-0 Bravia Motors
Kalvar FC 1-1 Grouberschwelli FC

ANOTHER team scored 7 goals this matchday, and it could very well mark a great turning point for Voelrander, who's players finally seemed to play in unison with each other and get a win which individually they are good enough to get, with players such as Benidikt Klum, who netted a hat-trick, Karlos Nilo of Zarbli who also netted a hat-trick, and Vanger Handorlink in goal. Elsewhere, JGSC beat Vaastrada 3-1 and Göteborg United beat Bravia Motors 1-0 in two great giant killings.

Matchday 28

Mauntenbörg FC 1-2 AFC Tranzversa
Jaarguzmuz FC 0-0 Undersmenkial
IFK Göteborg 0-0 Sopensentrall
Kimini United 1-2 Gregenstrall
Volerander FC 0-2 Jasmuur Eagles
Vaastrada FC 1-1 Jasmuur Ospreys
Bravia Motors 1-0 Storvansten Sharks
Grouberschwelli FC 0-0 Jion Grouber Sports Club
Kalvar FC 2-0 Göteborg United

Swartaz A league 2056-2057 Season preview

Part 1 of 2

Past Winners:
Season 1: Vaastrada
Season 2: Vaastrada
Season 3: Vaastrada
Season 4: IFK Göteborg
Season 5: Volerander
Season 6: AFC Tranzversa
Season 7: AFC Tranzversa
Season 8: Bravia Motors
Season 9: AFC Tranzversa
Season 10: Volerander

Bolded player indicates an international, italics indicate foreign player.

AFC Tranzversa
Key Player(s): Sxer, J. Milverki, Miniana
Nicknames: 'The Borderers'.
Stadium: Union Stadium, Tranzversa (Capacity 80,000).
Sponsor(s): Sabjö (Mobile Phone company).
Manager: Theis Kanadoulocus.(Hemas)
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: They finished second last season for the 3rd time in succession, and haven't really made any movements in the transfer, save stealing Dujalosux Qarnijoh from Civil Citizenry. However if the Sxer and Milverki attacking partnership continues to work wonders in goalscoring terms, they could start an, albeit weakened, push for their 3rd ever Swartaz A League title.
Predicted Finish: 2nd
Home Kit:
Image

Bravia Motors:
Key Player(s): X. Milverki, Reindorf, Teemu Hansen
Nicknames: ''The Billionaires', 'The Drivers'
Stadium: The Bravia Arena, Der Sörrn (Capacity 55,000).
Sponsor(s): Arcor (Automobile, Clothing and Leisure)
Manager: Mikael Sandersson
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: After a few years of new players coming into the club thick and fast, the dust has finally had time to settle, and the players look alot less like individuals, and alot more like a team. Sandersson seems to be content with a team that have failed to realistically challenge to win the A Lig throughout an entire season, and if there is a 3rd trophyless season at the Bravia Arena, the fans will begin to get very restless
Rivalries: None in the A league.
Trophies Won: 1x Swartaz A league, 1x Swartaz B Lig, 1x Swartaz C Lig, 1x Swartaz D Lig
Fans: Being the other recently founded team in the A league, the fanbase is made up of defectors or glory hunters who jumped on board 3 years ago when they stromed into the A league with abundant riches. They still cant their team on well, but again not teh most passionate of fans.
Predicted Finish: 3rd
Home Kit:

Gaduz
Key Players: Lindström
Nicknames: 'The Hillside Boyz'
Stadium: Hillside (Capacity 17,500)
Sponsor(s): MCS (Airline)
Manager: Wilhelm Zabner
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: They have come up from the B league after an unbeaten season and certainly know how to play attacking football, with goals seeming to fly in in their favour every game. Lindström is the main dangerman, and with A Lig experiance and 40+ goals last season, he could well be the difference between relegation and survival.
Rivalries: None in the A Lig
Trophies Won: 3x Swartaz B League champions
Fans: They have a small but very loyal and devoted fan base, who also travel well with the team, and could be a key 12th man. They also have a definitive ultra's section of the crowd.
Predicted Finish: 18th
Home Kit:
Image

Gregenstral
Key Players: Anders, Blausson
Nicknames: 'The farmers'
Stadium: Zhenik Park (Capacity 12,000).
Sponsor(s): (Energy Drinks)
Manager: Vilmer Norberg
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: Gregenstral finished 12th last season, their lowest ever finish in the Swartaz A League since coming up in season 3. Without any sort of purchases in the off season, their slide down the table looks set to carry on and they could soon find themselves battling relegation. However, Norberg is notorious for having his teams punch above their weight, and they could well scrape a top 10 finish, however it is highly doubtful.
Predicted Finish: 14th
Home Kit:
Image

Grouberschwelli FC
Key Players: A.Brita
Nicknames: 'The Wonderkids'
Stadium: Sunderspall Lane (Capacity 20,000).
Sponsor(s): REWE (Airline).
Despite all the years of there ability to avoid relagation, we think this year is a year too far for them in the A Lig.
Predicted Finish: 17th
Home Kit:
Image

IFKGöteborg
Key Players: Gassent, van Ellson
Nicknames: 'Der Capital'
Stadium: Svennonsvaparingssön (Capacity 100,000)
Sponsor(s): (Stationary Providers)
Manager: Vaarger Heimelsson
Last Season, Objectives and Expectations: They're traditionally a mid table team and they finished around that region last season, stringing together a fairly decent run on the way. Thye could possibly be in contention to push for a Globe Cup spot, but it seems unlikely at this point. However, they're new owner has high expectations for the club, and new signing from Polar Islandstates Hans van Ellson has got the fans exited for this season.
Rivalries: No rivalries in the A Lig
Predicted Finish: 10th
Home Kit:
Image

Rivalries: No rivalries in the A Lig
Trophies Won: 1x Swartaz Super Cup
Fans: They have slightly impatient fans who are quick on the teams back when they are struggling, but they are very passionate when they are winning or are on a good run of form. They expect their team to be competing for Globe Cup places, but know that may be one or two years off from now.
Predicted Finish: 7th
Home Kit:

Jasmuur Eagles
Key Players: Mater, Sundström
Predicted Finish: 8th
