Before the scorination of day 9, Bergnovinaia had 9 medals, 4 gold, 2 silvers, and 3 bronze. In day Nine Scorination, Janet Keller from Bergnovinaia earned a silver medal in the Biathlon – Women's 15km Individual with a time of 50:08.8... this medal was not credited to our nations tally.

I thank you for taking the time do to all this scorination, and I applaud your fantastic hosting of these Olympic games.

In answer to your questions:

1) I will do a full recount of your medals on Thursday.

2) It counts toward Day 10 only; 9B was scorinated on the same bonus as 9A, as it was a Day 9 scorination.

So, I took the liberty of counting the medals for Day Nine, and you have 48 golds, 47 silvers and 48 bronzes.

Belkova is the one you didn't count - but considering how amazing she is, I can see why you were distracted

(JK obviously... I just have a shit load of stuff I have to do, like Dress Rehearsal for a play, piano practice, and doing stuff for our school's annual silent art auction for charity. I might make it up though on saturday with an audio broadcast something in the morning (PST) but no promises. )

I just thought I would do the medal tally table for you after the events of day Thirteen (inclusinve of the Pentathalon) considering that I did have a little free time (but not enough to do a radio broadcast again) and that I was curious to see where my nation wound up in the standings today.

You should probably double check this though before using it since it is almost 11 pm here and I don't do math extremely well at night.

Just thought I'd point out to TBI after reading his RP that the Ad'ihani pentathlon isn't meant to be a cousin of the modern pentathlon; if I'd wanted that I'd have proposed it along the lines of what Philippanoa did, with equestrian and fencing. I meant it more as a decathlon-like event, based on points with no equalisation before the biathlon.

Scorinators are based on randomness. You should know by now that the order of participants of results isn't necessarily the order of rank/RP bonus, and to blame it on a host error is incredibly unfair, especially considering that the host is doing a fantastic job, and I would say you don't RP particularly well anyway. Quantity isn't quality.

No doubt it's a matter of perspective - whether one considers it as one of only 27 Archregimancy entries in a deliberately small team, and the defending gold medallists in the event, or merely one of hundreds of entrants across the entirety of a vast competition. Because I'm only human, and therefore inherently selfish, for me the emphasis is understandably on the former.

For any of us, it would at the very least be mildly disappointing to have one of our '1' ranked entrants disappear into the ether - especially if we only have four of them to begin with.

But I've RP'd a withdrawal, and it fits very neatly into my overall RP approach, so I'm grateful to have been given the RP opportunity, and am more than happy to move on.
