With that, Host bids are closed.

We will now proceed to a vote.

The options are:
  1. Accept the bid from Cassadaigua.
  2. Reopen nominations.
Please cast your votes by 2200 PST 19 November.

Members of the IBO should send their votes to International Basketball Organization.

With a vote of 5 for to 0 against, Cassadaigua is given the rights to host this tournament. Control of signups is handed over to them.
