The machinescribes that are responsible for the blueprints use some sort of program, quite frankly I lost much interest in the conversation as it was too newfanged for my tastes. However if I recall correctly did they say that it was named "MS paint" and there was another one named "paint.net" that were both used for various tasks in creating blueprints and pictures.
