Introduction

Since established in 1934, Sophisticated Airways has always been the largest airline in the nation. With around twenty five million annual passengers (24,363,898 in 2010) and more than two hundred and fifty daily flights, Sophisticated Airways is constantly improving its services, making it one of the best airlines in the world.
Sophisticated Airways' first concern has always been safety, and since established it has spent a large percentage of its earnings on maintenance. This has made Sophisticated Airways an extremely safe airline, with no fatal accidents in its history. In addition, the money we spend on maintenance makes our aircraft very reliable - last year, only 4% of our delayed flights were caused due to technical problems.

Services

On board entertainment

Flights are, for some people, a stressing and unpleasant experience. Our advanced entertainment system will help you pass the flight as easily as possible. An information page available on every entertainment-unit shows a flight map, estimated time of arrival, time at flight origin and destination, aircraft altitude, temperature outside, and directions to holy cities for religious passengers.

Personal 11'', 16'' and 24'' LCD screens, installed in our Economy, Business and Elite classes (respectively) provide you with with the best movies, games and TV shows.
Our noise cancelling headphones, provided free of charge to every passenger, will help you easily pass your time on board. We offer more 40 different radio channels, including Sophisticlassic - the Sophisticated classical music channel, 102.2 FM - a trendy dance and electronic music channel, and Jazz 7 - featuring jazz music from all eras, and many others.
Stylish controllers, attached to every seat, allow you to play games, choose movies and radio channels and chat with other passengers.

Dining

In 2001, after receiving repeating complaints on our food, we decided to hire Oan Manila, a well known Sophisticated chef, to prepare a new menu for our flights. He has changed many of our dishes, added fresh vegetables and fruit and invented tempting desserts. Since our menu has changed, the majority of our passengers have shown satisfaction from the food served on board.
Passengers who are vegetarian, suffer from allergies to any type of food or eat Halal or Kosher food must state it while ordering their tickets, so that we can prepare special meals for them in advance. Fasting passengers (e.g. Muslims flying during Ramadan or Jews flying on the Ninth of Av) may also state it while ordering their tickets - these passengers will receive a special after-fasting meal once the sun sets.

Seats

Both good entertainment and fine meals are extremely important to make you enjoy your flight - but there is one thing that can spoil the whole flight experience: sitting on an uncomfortable seat. That's why we have paid maximal attention to our aircraft seats. We have installed the most wide, spacious and comfortable seats available on our jets. As stated above, a private multimedia LCD screen is attached to every seat in our airplanes.

Economy class seats
- Both our domestic and international economy class seats feature a pitch of 36'' and a width of 18'', making sure you'll never feel squeezed. Even tall people have reported that "The seat was extremely comfortable" and "Even my legs fitted!".
- Our premium economy seats are a great option for those who require more than what we offer in our normal economy seats but can't afford a ticket in our business class. With a pitch of 48'' and a width of 20'', these seats can recline much further than the normal economy seats. Other advantages of our premium economy class include premium food and drinks, larger TV screens and adjustable leg-rest and headrest.
Business class seats
- Our domestic business class seats are 21.5'' wide and have a pitch of 60'', making them as comfortable as a sofa. Some of the flights between Eee-que and Malaggy are operated on our long range jets, which are fitted with our international business seats. Business passengers on these flights enjoy improved seats for no additional charges.
- Our international business seats are even more spacious. We offer flat-bed seats on all international flights - these seats are the ultimate solution for those who like sleeping during flights, as well as for those preferring to lie down while reading a book or watching a movie. With a pitch of 77'' and a width of 30'', there is no chance you'll feel uncomfortable on these bed-seats.
Elite class seats
- Elite class seats are not available on our domestic flights, apart for some flights between Eee-que and Malaggy. Elite class seats on these flights are the same as our international first class seats.
- Our international elite class offer the utmost privacy and comfort. Our elite class seats are installed inside a suite - a mini cabin with dividers between the seat and the main cabin. Suites include a fully reclining bed-seat with a pitch of 83'' and a width of 36'', and a huge TV screen (see entertainment). Every two adjacent suites can be combined into one, large mini-cabin, including a double bed.

Airport transport service

We at Sophisticated Airways believe our job isn't done until you have arrived at your final destination, whether it is an hotel or your home. Therefore, we have introduced the Sophisticated Airways Airport Shuttle Service in 2008. For a symbolic fee of $2.5, our bus will pick you up from the airport and take you to any address in your destination city. The bus also takes passengers going from the city to the airport - to use this service, sign up at least a day in advance on our website or by phone.
The shuttle service is available in all of our destinations in Sophisticism. A shuttle-bus leaves the airport an hour and a half after a flight lands (allowing passengers to pass border control and take their luggage), or in busy airports (like Eee-que and Malaggy), every half an hour.
We also offer free of charge private transportation for Business, First Class and VIP passengers. A luxurious vehicle* will pick you up from the airport as soon as you are ready, and transport you directly to your final destination. The service is available in all of our destinations in Sophisticism.
To take advantage of this service, sign up at least a day in advance on our website or by phone.
^{*Elite and VIP passengers landing in Eee-que, Malaggy or Moyo will be picked up by a limousine. Elite and VIP passengers landing in any other Sophisticated destination, as well as business class passengers landing in any Sophisticated destination, will be picked up by a luxurious sedan, roadster or sports vehicle.}

The Sophisticated Airways duty free shop offers over 300 items for sale on all international flights. Passengers may pay using cash (Sophisticated Dollars and Universal Standard Dollars are accepted), credit card or cheques.

Fleet

We have found Airbus aircraft to suit all our needs, and therefore our fleet is an all Airbus one. We have chosen Airbus jets for their safety and reliability, comfort and for being generally environmentally friendly. Most of our aircraft are brand new, with an average age of only 5 years. Our oldest aircraft is 12 years old.

While we do want to accept your request, several issues are stopping us from doing so.
The first - the corporate tax rate you've stated in your form doesn't make sense. Did you mean 40%? Or $404? Please do clarify that.
The second problem is runway length in Waoling Intnat'l airport - our jet aircraft can't operate from a STOL field just 900 feet long. For more information regarding runway lengths, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Runway#Runway_length.
