There are many Erusean scientists which may be employed by your company to do their work, we require that all construction done in Erusea be carried out by Erusean companies, therefore facilities which will be built must be contracted from Erusean construction companies. However we will accept as many foreign workers as necessary for IFC to successfully carry out its research and operations.

We expect, that if your research goes according to plan and is successful, that your operations will extend nationwide. Considering we have a 6.5+ billion population, this is a great chance of profit for your corporation. We are willing to pay for it, or force our own population to pay. However the thought of so much money leaving our economy is unacceptable, but we are confident that arrangements can be worked out.

Research completed in Erusean facilities will be owned of course by your corporation, however as long as your documents and research is in our country it will be available to Erusean government officials. Our nation is not known for human rights or privacy laws.

We accept the offer of payment for the initial construction cost of the laboratories and research facilities in Neo-Erusea for this phase of the project as well as your condition that all construction work will be carried out by your own firms.

As for the fruits of our research we would like to suggest that Neo-Erusea be allowed full use of any marketable applications of our research within Neo-Erusea whilst the IFC retains the right to sell (after consultation with the Neo-Erusea government) this information to the world market: With a similar arrangement for any material advances. We hope that the spirit of this agreement will lead us to a point where we are responsible for the distribution of IFC goods and services throughout Neo-Erusea whilst not undermining the security or benefit to Neo-Erusea through our participation in the world market.
