OOC: Can we get some more info on what it's for? A transport, a maritime patrol, a SAM platform, etc.?

OOC: I'd say that it would be capable of serving as a maritime patrol, with a armament of cruise missiles for attacking ships. The inclusion of SAMs would be useful, if it's possible.
