Message from the Armed Forces of the Confederate States
TO: All Contractors and Architects of the World.
FROM: The Armed Forces of the Confederacy, Confederate States of Anagonia
We would like to request that the major overhaul to our command structure following the strategic challenges facing our military with the addition of The Indonesian Empire of Yohannes into the Confederacy, respectfully termed as the Indo-Anagonian Empire. To properly communicate with all branches of government and military, we need a central command to allow instant strategic analysis and order issued into the field. We feel that with the experience of many contractors and architects in the world, they will find a perfect structure or design one to fit our needs.
The structure will need to house the following:
1.) Be large enough to house all departments of the Armed Forces of the Confederacy. This includes the Navy, Army, Marines, aIR fORCE Special Forces and especially the Military Police.
2.) Be large enough to house a command center for the Military Police who also act as Civil Protection(Police) within the Confederacy.
3.) Be large enough to house shelters for a crises and facilities from which a government can continue during an armageddon scenario.
The Structure must meet the following qualifications:
1.) Be structurally sound to survive multiple nuclear and biological and chemical attacks. Be able to withstand a siege. Be sound enough to act as a safe house for both civilians and personnel during a crises.
2.) Be able to act as the facility for central governance during a crises.
3.) Be able to have its own power source and treatment facilities to survive a crises.
4.) Incorporate facilities to house military aircraft, personnel, and weapons systems (tanks/land) that shall enable a quick response in cases of national emergency.
Please note we will pay according to the cost determined to construct the facility. Individuals constructing this facility will have every asset scanned to ensure no bugs are present and supplies checked to ensure safety. We will provide workers from the Confederacy if that is the route you also wish to take.
