Dear whomever it may concern,

The Alekseevskayan Military desires to purchase ships to upgrade our vast Navy. We were referred here by the sovereign nation of Ferrisev, who came here when they were in the same situation as we are. Currently our own shipyards are over stocked with building contracts, therefore we are turning to foreign contractors to assist in building. We would like to build the following ships.

Post Script: We use our own Hyperdrives and Shield Generators. We would like to mount the Heavy Farad Beam systems on our ships if possible.
