Terms: Any entity wishing to gain loan of monetary amount may put in a request with the company of Saturn Loan Services. Under the terms defined here said entity will receive said loan from Saturn Loan Services. Saturn Loan Services retains the right to deny loans to any entity or persons at any time for any reason. Should said terms be violated by either party, said loan shall be terminated immediately.

Loans Procedures: Any entity that has the proper monetary and financial documents may place an order of loan with Saturn Loan Services. All loans approved will be paid in full, and interest rate will be determined upon credit ratings. All terms apply.

Payment Procedures: After loan has been fulfilled, Payment will be expected by Saturn Loan Services. Payment rates will be determined by credit ratings of the purchasing entity. All terms apply.

OOC: I suggest you flesh this out better. I, for one, wouldn't ever have anyone from my nation take a loan from here because they would have no idea what they're getting themselves into. You have a very basic outline of procedures but nothing speaking of interest rates, minimum payments, defaulting, the kind of loan (student, for example; who you're giving money to and for why makes a huge difference!) or anything like that. Personally, I don't know terribly much about this, either, but I know those stated things should be talked about and you should really have a lot of information and options in your post. If you're more detailed, the people who are likely to use this sort of storefront are more likely to specifically use yours since the act of getting a loan seems a lot more like an RP. If it's just "I need a loan. $20 million," "Okay, here you go," then I don't see why anyone would bother.

Valient Shipbuilding Incorporated, is pleased to announce the complete and total acquisition of Saturn Loan Services and the associated credits, monetary credits and the assets whereof the former company thereof. As part of this acquisition by the aforesaid Valient Shipbuilding Incorporated, all loans and other forms of credit given to parties by legal procedures, shall be immediately rescinded and all payments from the Saturn Loan Services and to Saturn Loan Services shall wherein by be relinquished and considered void. All further loans shall be denied.

Wherein further, Saturn Loan Services is shall here and by cease and desist being of the status of international corporation, and shall whereby be bound by this proclamation by the acquisitive entity, to remain wherein the states of the Federal Republic of Ostronopolis and the Associated Commonwealths Whereof.

Further in proclamation, Saturn Loan Services shall be hereby renamed to Valient Credit and Financial Services. Upon final in this proclamation, all legality in this matter has been disclosed and Ostronopolian domestic law shall be considered the only valid source in said matter whereof.
