The Wakaleo MLRS can be manufactured to be compatible with your standard SSMs, should you prefer. Similarly, the Atlatl air defence can be adapted to many internationally available missile types. The Black Lance has an effective range of 16km, and the Glaive has a range of 11km. DPRs for the missiles together will come to NS $500 million, or $100 million per missile type.

Your total order thus comes to NS $137.32 billion without the DPLs, or $137.82 billion with DPLs included.

(OOC - A quick little pointer for you with the airships. I had a wee little look, and from the off it would appear that you've got the numbers horribly wrong. If the airship had an internal volume of 900 000 cubic metres (shall we say), and the entire internal volume was filled with helium, that would give you a total raw lift at sea level of 1080 tonnes. Sounds good, doesn't it? The next thing to catch my eye though is the fact that it appears to be made from metal. Now if it's 270-odd metres long, 67 metres high and 80 metres across, it would have a surface area of about 10720 + 43200 + 18000 = about 72 000 metres squared of surface area. If that's coated in even a 10 mm layer of composite (which I assume it is, considering the speed it's travelling at), that's going to weigh in at about 720 tonnes. Just for the exterior. Add to that internal structure, and you can see the problem that arises. Every 5km you ascend, the total lift of the helium halves, and in a rigid structure the gas cells will start to burst after about 8000 metres altitude. And where is all that fuel being stored? To make it move at 300km/h, you'd need massive engines, which for a 20 000km range would require massive amounts of fuel (probably about a million cubic metres of methane gas at 1atm, to give you a comparison!).
Some friendly advice for you. I've been designing airships for quite some time now, and the maths does not favour even composites being placed on the outside! Better to stick with slow speeds and your traditional nylon/modern film coatings for an exterior.)
