In the next 12 months, our customers in Timmy City can expect 80% of the population should be upgraded from 3G to LTE. In the next 18 months, our LTE network should cover 95% of Timmy City's populations, including all major highways and railways. We currently possess a 2G/EDGE network covering roughly 92% of all our global customers. We are going to begin phasing out our 2G network, retrofitting these cell sites to LTE Advanced. Kingston Wireless Telecom has just announced three major purchases of high-band 2300-2500 MHz spectrum for its growing global LTE footprint. The oft-ignored high-band spectrum is known for far greater capability in speeds and bandwidth, however with the limitations of less range, and lower in-building reception. With this, as well as the recent purchase of Viper Communications adding dramatic amounts of 2300-2500 MHz spectrum, we are also rolling out a massive expansive of our microcell site network.

The 250,000 planned microcell sites globally are planned to be completed in the next four months, and strictly in urban and suburban areas. In rural areas, the company uses lower band spectrum which is able to cover wider areas and penetrate buildings far easier. By the end of 2014, the company expects to have added over 1.5 million microcell sites globally.

Optimized Network Enhancement Program

We are excited to announce, as part of our current Optimized Network Enhancement Program, that we are also beginning to launch yet another set of upgrades. We are beginning to change our towards to 6x2 setup, tripling the 2x2 setup on most of our competitor towers. This allows for six, not two, antennas, on the towers. This greatly beefs up the outer edges and the lower to midrange speeds our customers receive. While this particular upgrade does not change the peak speeds, our other upgrades are handling that.

What this does for our customers is exponentially increase their reception, particularly in-building and further out from the tower, while greatly improving the lower-end of our speeds. We expect over half our customers to begin seeing even greater speeds and improved reliability - areas we are already global leaders in.
