Just this week we got a new cellphone line for my Mom, which cost 59 shekels a month. It gives you unlimited calls to 56 countries, unlimited domestic calls, and 10 GB of bandwidth at LTE speeds (After you exceed this, it dials the speed down somewhat). After the first 12 months ends they up the price to 99 shekels a month, but you are free to renegotiate (most people do). Here's some proof.
