Stickies are on every forum and it is important to read them. Read all of them and lurk before you post. Trust me, did that before I joined. Saw a number of users and proud of it every minute and even though I godmoded in the beginning, I got better, especially in my first major RPing thread (Zhar) that I ripped off of some dude's idea that must've lasted longer than his. Now, if I godmode, I edit it or place "DELETED" on them, if it depends if a part or an entire post but I usually edit it. Now to explain your godmodes to you in detail.
First, you have nuclear bombs before you have 100 million which in my opinion is a godmod. Then you have a silly currency system. And then you have a silly leader. Then, you add things that some won't like the following.
...and so on and so on. Khorata, Osthia and of the Quendi would never do that. You have so much... Potential! But you ruined it. Please, for god's sake, read the stickies. And to answer your question, Superbalto, I assume yes, and even if s/he says no, I still conclude it at yes. Why? Nation titles of the others are like Bluepolarbear's, same posting style, you know, if it is a puppet of a nation. It is so obvious if it has the same nation title, but added something besides it, or posts the same style (though hard to trace). Now, Bigpolarbear and your puppet's read the stickies, or hide in your region. The choice, is yours. Or even be prepared to be IGNORED which won't be now but soon if you keep posting like that.
