I will apologize now to the mod team if I cause any offence. But to the Mods I would like to say, that surely, with all the arguments and issues Kalasparata causes,wouldn't it be easier on yourselves and the community at large, to remove him/her from the game. Now I understand that it might seem as if I am jumping on the bandwagon, but I have resisted saying something 'till now.

I feel that doing what I have said, will remove the temptation of users to rant against him/her, and lessen your workloads of having to watch every thread he/she creates.

He/She has been a member for a while now and has been offered help and assistance, but has turned them all down (to the best of my knowledge) and not followed the accepted norm and processes of the game.

I dont know how many people I am speak for if any, but I felt it needed to be said

OOC: I agree with this as well, Kalasparata has trolled his way across NS forums with impunity for months now, pissing off just about every other player that he comes into contact with. If other people are volunteering to be banned by their behavior, well, that's on them. If you don't like him, ignore him and his threads. It's perfectly easy and doesn't get anyone into trouble.

I dont see the fact that he has posted as an excuse to exhibit poor behavior or ban him, what I see, is a game I (as do many people) feel passionately about, and one who standards i think need to be upheld, Yes I could see a point in defending him if he was very new, but he isn't, there are newer players who are less hostile to help and who have learned to play the game in the correct way. And whilt is is ok to do everything de jure and I can see you reasons for doing that I feel that many people myself included would agree that the game would be better off without him. I think in the nature of the game his actions of failing to learn or let himself be taught is itself inviting people to respond in a poor manner. I do agree with you that people should not respond as they do, hence why i have decided to put over a valid argument as opposed to just spamming and flaming.

You have been given a perfectly viable tactic in dealing with someone you don't want to play with: ignore them.

I find the comments about my behavior amusing in the extreme, really, given the months of harassment we've seen particular players in this thread dishing out. If you feel there's been some violation of the rules regarding my behavior, I invite you to post in the moderation forum and voice your concerns.

I think that these people are right. For 5 months I have to put up with what I believe is a spammer. Kalasparata isn't new, and the fact that the forum calls it a "Minister". While I don't think that the nation should be banned, I think that mods should closely watch his/her threads.

You may enforce the 'RULES' but you are moderators, you have to moderate what is going on to make sure it fits in with the accepted norm, you may feel that you must only act in a de jure manner, but the internet and like is a de facto thing.

As you can see there are people who support what I have said. And I feel that the valid points that I have made have been ignored. As most probably do many others.

This is net and you will meet people which you will find annoying - so what to do - delete all of them? I bet it is much more better if you click one button right? Hell it happens in RL life too - you find someone in your workplace annoying will you go to manager to fire him/her or will you simply ignore them?

Yup.
