Price (Unit): N$D 10 000
MK-7F, nicknamed "Suikazura" ("golden-and-silver honeysuckle") is a loitering munition developed in the Holy Nifonese Empire as a result of growth of counter-drone countemeasures in form of electronic warfare systems.
- The drone is a fixed wing aircraft with two straight wings.
- Majority of the body was made from high quality plastic.
- The wings feature very thick root chord to maintain optimal flight performance.
- The drone's wingspan is 120 centimeters.
- Wing area 1m2.
- The body is 1.6 meters long.
- The drone's MTOW is 17 kilograms.
- Responsible for propulsion are 2 1.5 kW electric motors.
- The motors power 2 counter rotating propellers with 2 blades each.
- 2 Lithium ion batteries are responsible for keeping the power in the engines.
- Cruise speed 80km/h.
- Maximum speed 120 km/h during the dive.
- Operational range up to 50km.
- Ability to stay in the air for 40 minutes.
- Service celling 2000 meters.
- The connection between the drone and the operator is carried out via fiber optic cable thinner than human hair.
- The cable spool is mounted on top of the drone.
- A tube is mounted over the vertical stabiliser to prevent the cable from coming hear the propellers.
- There are four variants of the cable availible. The weight of the munition carried also depends on the spool chosen for the mission:
- 1kg: 10km reach.
- 2kg: 20km reach.
- 3kg: 30km reach.
- 4kg: 40km reach.
- Due to use of a fiber optic cable, the drone is ujammable and enemy can not intercept transmissons.
- The cable provides ultra quick connection with the drone, as well as high quality image transfer.
- The nose of the aircraft mounts a 1080px camera, and a 640px thermal imager. The camera can not rotate.
- The maximum payload weight is 6kg; this includes the cable.
- The payload is mounted under the aircraft's nose and may include any warhead that the client decides to mount there.
- Control is done via a joystick and FPV goggles.
- Launch is carried out via a steam catapult.
- Intertial gyroscope navigation coupled with AIPN GNNS.
