Thank you for your letter. Unfortunately, Risk Management Incorporated is incorporated under Salzland law as a Sub-chapter 'S' Corporation. As such, by law we are prohibited from maintaining more than 100 shareholders. At this time, we possess 100 shareholders and there are no shares of RMI stock outstanding. Additionally, as a duly-incorporated Sub-chapter 'S' Corporation, any sale of stock that does occur is limited to Salzland nationals only.
