Working on your case was very hard - the high amount of religious people in the country, the ongoing civil war, combined with the wealthy (and therefore more educated) population and the low racism, which makes a problem in creating hate towards opponents.
However, we have found a fine solution.

The new religion, which is polytheistic, will have close relation to nature, done by using myths. Elfs should be worshiped, fairies should be honored. Main pilgrimage areas would be forests - legends that make these places sanctuary-like would be published, distancing the crowds from them. Old, mysteriously looking people would be placed in forests, going out from time to time telling their "recent experiences" - an elf has warned them that something is going to happen, snakes are un-pleasant, etc.
Soon, the population would develop real fear towards forests - and that would show the religion transfer has worked. These old people would keep appearing, from time to another, in cities, passing new messages from forest creatures, telling the population what to do to please the Forest - as if it was a live creature. Donations would also be taken from time to time, and dirty scrolls they "found" in the forest would be passed to the citizens.

We will charge a total of $7,300,000,000 for the process, including all-time wages for "forest elders".
