The airlines have a combined $87 million R$ ($56.5m USD) in debt. The airlines currently have a combined fleet and orderbook that has 51 aircraft in it.

Each corporation with affiliated funds of $375 million and $620 million respectively, including the aforementioned debt included in the funds. Upon the closure of this deal, whish is always subject to change, all suppliers, vendors, existing contracts, and the pensions of all union workers will be retained as well as keep both airlines operative during the transition. Upon the fifth year should this deal be approved; all contracts are subject to renewal or face contract expiry according to Krowian Law.

As discussions of acquisitions and talks are always never easy, open negotiations of the terms are always welcome to change to ensure proper transparency and cooperation. Should there be any issue at the terminal and or gate of both airlines, both corporations proposed a $20 Billion, 10-year maintenance deal to ensure the terminal and gate are well mannered for the passengers as well as for the workers of the respective airports.

We would like to extend an initial offer, subject to further negotiation, of 1.47 billion NSD for ConnectGroup. In addition to this, TransAir will guarantee all existing debts and obligations currently held by ConnectGroup's subsidiary airlines. In order to maintain the local character of the two airlines, operations will continue to be administered locally.

By joining TransAir's broader network, ConnectGroup will be able to access a broader customer base without the need to significantly scale up operations or sacrifice its regional character. TransAir will establish additional feeder routes to ConnectGroup hubs in order to create a seamless travel experience for international passengers, while minimizing any environmental additional impact on the region. The three airlines will also have opportunities to share resources, including gates, support staff, technology, and institutional knowledge.

Aside from the economic benefits of such a deal, this acquisition will open significant new opportunities for ConnectGroup employees, who will receive preferential hiring for positions within the broader TransAir organization and access to the TransAir employee pension plan, if they so choose. Pay and benefits for existing ConnectGroup employees will under no circumstances be reduced.

TransAir is also concerned with environmental sustainability and greening our fleet. We see in ConnectGroup a valuable knowledge resource of which we hope to take full advantage.
